In the process of buying a property in Ajax, we searched the internet for a certified property inspector. Our search brought us across Mr. Afsheen Eftekhari's New Trend Home. As we went through the reviews posted on his work, the confidence built. Despite our tight timing, he managed to accommodate our request. On the inspection day he was prompt (as per our realtor) and although I was late, Afsheen was kind enough to reinspect and explain parts which he had already gone through. His detailed explanation, technical knowledge, and courteous suggestions made the inspection very educational. He was also extremely fast in preparing and submitting his full report, complemented by his clear snapshots.

I just wanted to write what a wonderful Job Afsheen did during my home inspection.
He was very knowledge and very detailed in all aspects of his work.
He outlined what were some of the major issues and what were some of the minor issues.
He sent a prompt email the same day of the inspection and outlined everything we discussed.

Working with New Trend Home for my home inspection was great. We needed Afshin to come for a last minute inspection, as our previous inspector fell through at the last minute.
