I was surprised and upset to read this review. I take customer satisfaction very seriously. John, I am sorry that you feel this way, i would like to apologize for any dissatisfaction you may have. All of our trucks are set up with bluetooth handsfree, and our phones are are 24/7 if you would have phoned your phone call would have been addressed at anytime of day. Emails on the other hand while we are out driving are very unsafe to be responding to, that being said your email would have been responded to the following day if we had received one. We do service over 400 clients during the winter and summer, with no complaints.
John can you double check on HomeStars just to ensure that you have the right phone number I would like to hear from you so we can speak about this problem.
