Muhammad saved us from a terrible situation. Over the summer, we discovered bed bugs in my senior father's bedroom. I chose PSS because of the glowing reviews on HomeStars. The reviews were spot on - Muhammad was prompt, professional, and very effective. When I called him, he came by the house the next day. The inspection revealed a major infestation that had spread to other rooms in the house. What he showed me was awful. I had a lot of questions and Muhammad answered every single one of them - as an entomologist and an experienced beg bug specialist, he knew what he was dealing with. He told me right from the beginning that the work would be costly, but it was worth every penny. We had to prepare the house for the work by decluttering (getting rid of a lot of junk and furniture we had no need for) and washing all clothing, bedding, and towels (this took me a few weeks). The infestation was so bad my parents had to move out of their home while Muhammad did the work. Once we set a date for the work, I met him at the house the first day and then in the subsequent days, he would text me to let me know when he arrived at the house (usually around 9 am) and also when he left (at around 8 pm). He did all the work himself (to ensure it was done right) and it took him three days. He moved the furniture and mattresses to do the work, and also covered the box springs with special mattress covers (this was an extra cost, but again, worth every penny) and installed interceptors (part of his services). He then came to the house once a week for three weeks to check the rooms (wall outlets, mattresses, sofas, baseboards) and bed bug interceptors he had placed on the legs of the infested furniture. Happily, the bed bugs were gone! What I appreciated the most about Muhammad was the fact that he took the time to explain everything to us, his contract was very clear, he was upfront with his costs, he gave us a lot of advice, he was honest, and most importantly he did an amazing job. Honestly, I wouldnt waste my time with anyone else. Imagine, a two year+ major infestation gone in three days. Highly, highly recommended.

This allows him to Take very thoughtful actions to remedy the issue. He basically tackled our bed bug problem in one day, and followed up relentlessly until he was satisfied that it was over. A true 10/10 experience with Muhammad. I called about a bed bug problem and he offered to come out for an inspection the very next day. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and found multiple live bugs and eggs. He was very detailed in educating me about their hiding places and how they spread from location to location. Muhammad is certainly an expert when it comes to bed bugs and knows his stuff inside out. He advised on steps we need to take before the treatment starts such as cleaning and packing clothing, and he returned the following weekend to conduct the treatment. It took one full day for the treatment of all the bedrooms and some common areas as well. Muhammad then returned for several follow up visits over the next two months to ensure the bed bug problem was 100% resolved.

Had bed bugs in one room. Was worried so called the experts. When they arrived, they set my mind at ease. I was worried that I would be gouged and taken advantage of but this company explained very well that you only need to do such and such a thing only if you have a certain situation and you dont need to waste money on this or that but you need to focus on this other thing and they made recommendations to prevent in the future as these can be picked up from anywhere. I wanted to find and work with someone that I knew I can depend on to solve the problem.
