I had suffered insect bites and two doctors stated they did not believe that they were bed bug bites. My apartment insect control service inspected our unit and claimed that there were no bed bugs. Upon a second inspection they said that no bed bugs were found but that they recommended treatment as I continued to suffer insect bites, which I finally agreed to. After the pest control company that the apartment retains conducted their treatment for bed bugs in our unit, we immediately had bites again. I was at my wit's end, and upon the recommendation of my doctor we decided to retain a pest control service for a second opinion. Muhammad of Pest Solution Services conducted a very thorough inspection of our premises and upon close examination of our bed frame he detected evidence of a female and baby bed bug. So finally someone did find a reason for the bites that we suffered. He recommended that we dispose of the whole of the bed frame which was made of man-made pressed board. We asked him to go ahead with the treatment and on the day of the treatment he did find an actual bed bug in the bed frame. He has completed the treatment and he was extremely thorough in his work, disposing of the pieces of the bed properly. He left my bedroom looking very neat and tidy and he has followed-up to check that everything is satisfactory. Plus, he is very knowledgeable and was the only one to say that the bites he witnessed on my body were what he thought they were, bed bug bites. He conducted the inspection and treatment in a timely manner and I would not hesitate to recommend him for bed bug treatments.
