terrible service, unprofessional, dirty water used and not changed, not impressed. Was expecting a good experience but did not get it, never again. I am an honest person and my husband and i were expecting a decent job but this was far from good. Just not impressed overall.

Setting up the appointment was very easy. The manager accommodated the time that we had available. They arrived fully prepared, promptly and were done the entire house in less than 1-1/2 hours. We will definitely be using them every year as the service was excellent an te results were fantastic. The price is great especially when I don't have time to do I myself. This company approached at our home We atelier very happy with the outcome.

the worst company I had ever dealt with. their work is not complete nor clean and their prices are double for a similar job They will let you pay for service they won't do and if you discover it, they will never get back. I have sent emails and spoken to the head office without any success. Don't ever use them. The aren't professional and don't have any ethics.

I saw a lawn sign in the area I live, so I decided to call these guys. Two fellows showed up late, it was almost dark outside. They started the job even though I asked if they will do good job even in the approaching darkness. They said they will do. Next morning my windows were a mess, streaks were on every window. Just a waste of my money.

I contracted with College Pro to clean my windows and eaves-troughs the summer of 2010. I'm all for supporting students in summer jobs. They sent two young fellows to do the job. One of them did very little. I had to ask them repeatedly to do a better job. Finally I just wanted to be rid of them. They did not clean my eaves-troughs thoroughly. I complained to the office and they sent them back to do this. But a few days later I found that one of my eaves-troughs off of my deck was bent downwards; I believe they were inexpert in what they were doing and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Three college aged kids showed up an hour late to the scheduled time. Before starting, they proceeded to have a competition to see who could run and jump on top of my roof. This stunt caused the paint on my eavestroughs to chip and left dents in the metal. Needless to say, I stopped them as soon as I realized what had happened and called to complain. Finally after two months of calling and calling, someone from College Pro Painters came to repaint the chipped area and nothing was done about the dents. Definitely do not hire this company.
