We are very happy with everything. Not just the end result, but how Tom suggested how to do the lighting around the house to really highlight the features and make our home look like it’s worthy of Home and Garden Magazine!

He explained everything that was going to happen, so we knew what to expect. The installation was timely, and everything was done as promised.

Tom listened to our wants and helped us to find the perfect solution to our needs. This actually involved steering us toward more efficient, less expensive solutions, He and his team do the installation personally. They are polite and pleasant to deal with, cleaned up after themselves and did exactly what they said they were going to do. It was refreshing to have a contractor actually show up on time and communicate effectively before and during the process. We are very happy with the results!

This is the second time we are using Tom from Regal Lighting. He did such a great job at our home in Mississauga, so when moved, we immediately called Regal Lighting again. The lights have transformed our property and I cannot believe how great our home looks now!!! Tom is very honest, reliable and reasonably priced. He communicates with the customer and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He’s a 5 out 5. Definitely would recommend!

Exterior LED Lighting, ground and soffit.....Looks great, really brightens up the exterior of the house, and dark areas of the property.
A post review of the installation and quick tutorial on programming timer would have been nice. Timer instructions were left.

Professionally done. Overall price was little too high and over my budget.
I was assured that quality parts and equipment was used which influence the price.

Tom advised on best lighting features and proper color of lights for our exterior and was he ever correct! We also converted our under cabinet lights to strip lighting with a remote dimmer.
We stand outside admiring our new lights at night now! House looks amazing, we love it!

We added considerable curb appeal to our house by adding energy efficient LED downlights to upper soffits to accent the house face and also to illuminate walkways to the front door. The LED lights are high-quality units that are much better than available to the DIY market. They should last for decades. Installation was thoughtful and professional; Tom took the requisite care to install properly and avoid any damage to the landscaping.

Tom came to see me about a month and a half ago and since then the process has been highly collaborative.
