As a final touch when we changed our roof and soffet we wanted lighting to highlight our house. Tom was easy to work with, and it was a worry free easy addition to our house

Tom and his crew installed soffit lighting at the front of our house and landscape lighting in our backyard, all of which is controlled automatically by an astronomical timer. Throughout the project Tom kept us up to date on the process and helped us choose different types of lights for each area to provide the best look overall. We are very happy with the end result and would recommend Regal to anyone.

The entire process was seamless, Tom reached out within minutes of my request and came out to provide a quote within days. Tom designed and installed our soffit house lighting as well as our landscape lighting. He educated us on beam patterns and how to best accent our property at night. His knowledge far exceeded other contractors from whom we obtained quotes. This was important to us as we wanted smooth and integrated house lighting and didn't want the intense stripped "zebra" effect that we had seen on other houses in the neighbourhood. Even though we had lots of follow-up questions, Tom corresponded with us via email and phone in a timely manner to make sure we were happy through the whole process. We agreed with his full design plan and our house has never looked better! Lots of neighbours have complemented the lighting. The work was finished within a day and the fees were very reasonable given the high quality of materials used. Contacted Regal lighting to request a quote. Got an e mail from Tom at Tegal requesting A phone conversation. As a result Tom came to our home. He laid out a plan to highlight our house for safety and presentation with a cost. After a discussion we agreed on a plan and budget and a date for installation.
Tom called and advised he could do it sooner.
He was very patient with our questions which he answered to our satisfaction. The job was completed the same day.
What a job!!! We are very happy with his work. Our neighbours are impressed.

Tom and his crew were very friendly and professional. Love the look and feel of the recessed lighting design. What I liked the most about Tom was his design recommendation - just the right amount of recessed lights. In fact when we asked for a few more, he ask the right questions and quickly convinced us that we did not need more. The other distinguishable fact from the other quotes I received was that his lighting system uses “low voltage electricity” so no need for separate electrical circuit which in my case would of required an electrical sub panel and will have very little impact on my monthly electrical bill.
