Bill installed a new humidifer water line to my furnace and did a great job as ususal. No issues or mess to deal with once the job was completed. I have been using Bill O'Brien Plumbing for over two years now and I can honestly say he is the best in the business. It is very hard these days to find trustworthy people/companies to conduct work in your home, however I can trust Bill 110% with any plumbing work required within my home. He is honest, punctual, and provides superior workmanship.

Bill is awesome! He arrives on time, is courteous, friendly and does a neat and tidy job. Both my husband an I have seen him work (we've called on him 3 times for different things), and he is so professional. He uses drop cloths to protect the floors, wears shoes that are designated just for inside. He's just a friendly and reliable person! We've renovated our kitchen and bathrooms in the last few years and have had good and bad experiences with contractors. Our experience with Bill O'Brien has been one best. We recommend him highly!

Bill was the plumber on a complete bathroom renovation, where the work was quite extensive. He replaced the plumbing stack, relocated and toilet, and all pipes to accommodate a new layout. His work was perfect, and he was a pleasure to have around. He is a master plumber who is an absolute expert. It is worth every penny to know this job will be done right.
