I been using Maple Window & Eaves for my annual eavestrough cleaning for the past three years. I found them from a google search, relied on the reviews, and those reviews turned out to be very accurate. They continue to be the most professional and reliable company that I have found for eavestrough work.

In addition to respecting my property (being careful not to damage the eaves and leaving the site nice and clean), they do a thorough job and go the added step of making sure the downspouts are clear. I watched last year as they unscrewed the bend in the downspouts and removed a mass of packed in leaves (they were the first company to ever do that for my house).

Their pricing is competitive and reasonable. They are pleasant to deal with and provide great flexibility in scheduling (they come based on the needs of my property - which is based on when my maple trees are finished dropping their leaves).

This year was particularly challenging as snow and ice arrived much earlier than usual, which affected our scheduled appointment. But they didn't let me down, and they made sure to come as soon as the mess of snow cleared.

Glad that I finally found a reliable company to do this work. I wish all of my contractors were this reliable and pleasant.

We had Maple clean our windows and they did an excellent job. The windows were thoroughly cleaned and there were no disturbances or delays at all. The manager and his workers were very friendly and accomodating.

I use Yitzie and team every season, they are polite, quick and have a high standard of work. Very reliable and I will continue to use them. Good option for eaves cleaning.

This is a job I have done badly myself. As a result of effective but awkward leaf guards it can be difficult and time consuming. So I got the more expensive service with the fair price clearly specified in advance.
A date and time was set quickly. They were punctual, professional and done in less than 2 hrs. Money well spent! I'll happily call them again next year.

Dealing with Yitzie was a pleasure. He was quick to respond to my initial request for a quote and when I had to change the spec's of the job, again he was very responsive and eager to please. I would use them again in the future and would highly recommend this company.

I had my windows cleaned and the staff also cleaned the aluminum frames. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. I appreciated the fact that all communication was via email.

Third time we have had Maple come and clean our windows, as they are punctual, professional, very reasonable for price, great communication - and leave the windows sparkling clean. You cannot go wrong with them.

18 years ago I had all new eaves, fascia, soffits, window trim and other aluminum trim put on the house. The colour was a light beige but over the past 15 - 16 years, black stains (dirt and mold?) began to develop everywhere. Some areas where there was more shade were worse than other areas. I checked online reviews and hired Maple Window and Eaves Cleaning after a few emails back and forth with Yitzie, the owner who provided an estimate after I sent some photos of the house exterior. I could have done the window exterior myself but decided to have Yitzie's crew do that as well for the added fair cost. His crew of three, Narase, Daniel and Chris arrived on time and in addition to doing a great job (cleaning the interior of all eaves and downspouts, cleaning the exterior of ALL beige aluminum, cleaning of window exterior), they were all so kind, easy going and professional. The following is MY FAULT. Most of the exterior beige aluminum came out about 70-80% cleaner than before with the remainder coming out like new. Now, had I called to have the exterior cleaned every 2 - 3 years since newly installed, all stains would have likely come out. I noticed the stains beginning about 2 - 3 years after being newly installed and I ignored the stains which just continued to get worse for the past 15 - 16 years. I only wish I hired Maple Window and Eaves Cleaning much sooner. Highly recommended! I included before and after photos.
