Newtech Appliance Repair & Refrigeration

Our fridge stopped cooling 10min before we left for a weekend getaway. While on the road, I checked Homestars for a highly rated appliance repair company. I decided to go with Newtech. I called and asked if someone could look at our fridge as soon as we were back from our trip. Hassan, the technician, came at the time he said he would come. He diagnosed a faulty evaporator fan motor in about 5-10min. He changed the motor within an hour and was on his way. Our fridge now worked and was cooling properly. However, later that day, we noticed that the fridge was making a buzzing noise that it hadn’t made before. The next morning, I called Newtech to let them know of the buzzing and Hassan came right back to make the needed adjustments. He made adjustments but the buzzing persisted. He came back a few days later (in the evening to accommodate our schedule) and changed the evaporator fan under warranty. Everything is now quiet and perfect. I’m glad I called Newtech and would call them again in the future. It was the follow-up service to correct the buzzing that I’m most very impressed with!! I believe many other businesses would have just said the noise is normal.

NewTech did a great job! They responded to my call promptly, came the next day and were in and out in a couple of hours. There was no mess and they fixed my washing machine like new! I will be using them again...

I called Newtech Appliance Repair based on the wonderful reviews received thus far… and I was not disappointed. Amin fit me into his schedule the very same day, arrived and diagnosed the problem within 3 minutes. With the appropriate part available in his vehicle, he and his assistant promptly fixed my washer. Both men were friendly, and had wonderful customer service. I will certainly call them again, and recommend them to anyone.

Amin arrived to look at our dryer at exactly the time we agreed upon, he called first. He and his assistant quickly diagnosed the problem, and he had the needed parts on hand. He gave me the quote first, and then had our dryer up & running very quickly - same day - same half-hour! He explained probable cause for the breakdown, and how to prevent it from happening again. We very much appreciated his work and good customer service. We would definitely recommend Amin to others.

Amin and his apprentice arrived 1 hour after my request for service. They diagnosed the issue quickly, provided an estimate for the part and repair. They returned in 1 hour after obtaining the part . The repair was done quickly, accurately, professionally and reasonably.

Had a Frigidaire freezer that went into meltdown on a Sunday. Newtech was one of the few that was open on this day, and Amin was the first one to answer back. At first he said there was no one available, but then called back soon after and said he had a tech who could come. William arrived within the designated time and diagnosed/corrected the problem immediately, saving us from the potential disaster of spoiled food. Their prices were more than fair (see their website for cost breakdown). They do not charge travel time and there is a senior's discount as well. Highly recommended. Thanks Newtech.

Older appliances in my rental suite need occasional repair and the service from Newtech has always been polite, prompt, efficient, and cost effective. I have used their services three times and will continue to use them in the future.

I couldn't believe I could get same day service to repair our dryer. Amin and his helper showed up when they said and did the repair in quick and professional manner. What I really liked was he carries common parts.

Amin and his young helper did a great job. They came when they said they would, fixed my moms stacking maytag washer quickly. They wanted everything done right and were very helpful and professional.
