Newtech Appliance Repair & Refrigeration

My 18+ yrs old dishwasher needed a new part so I called up the company last Friday. I was told that I would get a call from the technician to set up a time to come by. Monday morning I got a call from Rohit. He asked me to text him a picture of the part and he would see if he could get it. Today, Wednesday, he came by as scheduled and installed it and leak-checked it. Rohit was professional, courteous and got right to work. I really dislike service people who come by for a specific job and want to chat. All in all, I'm extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others. Thank you Newtech for giving me my dishwasher back.

When our dryer stopped working, I looked on line and thought I might try to repair it myself. Big mistake! Some small parts fell out and I didn't know where they went, and that is when I called Newtech. Amin came the morning after my call and immediately found the initial dryer problem. Finding where the plastic parts and replacing them was more time-consuming, but Amin was very professional and made sure everything was working well before he left. He even replaced our duct, which was old and fit poorly. Anim is a perfectionist, and pays attention to detail. His prices are very reasonable; he is very experienced; and I would recommend him to anyone. And, I will never try to "Do It Myself"!

Hassan fixed a squeaking dryer that a previous service technician failed to fix. He listened to the sound of the squeak over the phone and got the model number so he knew what make and model he would be dealing with before he arrived. He was prepared with the part and the repair took about 25 minutes and now the dryer is working well. He showed me the damaged part so I could see the root of the problem. Hassan was extremely polite, personable and professional. Wish I had called Newtech first.

i got lucky when i called Newtech Appliances. My Kitchenaid freezer drawer was all frosted up making it difficult to open and close and there was a sheet of ice on the floor of the drawer. Hassan showed up from Newtech. He explained what was going on, told me how much it would cost and then efficiently got to work fixing my freezer drawer. He showed me the damaged part and had everything he needed to fix it on site. I could not have been happier and would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Amin of Newtech Appliances was considerate, efficient, and effective. He arrived promptly, found the trouble, told me what the repair would cost, and fixed it quickly. I'd call him again.

Our freezer was leaking water into the fridge. Newtech came over, on time, and repaired it in under an hour. They were professional and knew what the problem was immediately. We have had no further issues with the fridge/freezer since.

Rohit is a polite, well mannered, honest young professional man.
He listened to my concerns, and tested the dishwasher.
He researched the cost of parts before repair, and identified the problem as being a product recall. He explained the brand name part would have to be installed by the certified brand name technician, and apologized he was unable to repair the problem.

With little kids and rainy weather, a functioning dryer is a must. When our dryer broke down, I called Newtech Appliances at 9am on a Sunday morning. At noon on the same day, a technician came to our house, diagnosed the problem, had the right part with him so fixed it on the spot and was on his way.
Two thumbs up (and a top rating) to these guys. Rohit, the technician, provided fast and friendly service on a Sunday when we needed it. What else could you ask for?
