Aqua Dry Technologies

I wish to recommend Mark at AquaDry Technologies in the strongest of terms! After speaking with representatives of several other companies that repair leaky basements, he was the only one to properly identify the source of our leaks and offer a permanent solution -- at one-tenth of the cost of what others had suggested.

After discovering that one of the walls in our basement had started weeping rain water causing significant flooding, we called in several companies to look at it and offer their recommendations and estimates. They all said that it would require excavating the outside of the wall down to the footing and installing a barrier membrane. The effort would require several days or weeks of work at a cost of $8 - 12k, plus the additional need to redo our landscaping on that side of the house.

Mark, on the other hand, took the time to seek out the root cause of the leaks. He showed us that the water was coming in from two cracks in the wall and several old tie-rod holes that were hidden behind the insulation. Using his polyurethane injection process, he was able to repair both cracks and all of the tie-rod holes for roughly $1,000. The repair had immediate effect, and was minimally invasive to our property -- I would liken Mark's solution to laser surgery versus the competitors' suggested hack job!

It has now been several weeks since Mark repaired the wall and the leaks remain completely sealed. Our basement is dry and I am confident that with AcquaDry's 25 year warranty and the strong record that polyurethane injection crack repair has demonstrated (google it if you like), we will not face any further leakage from these cracks or tie-rod holes.

If my friends and neighbours face basement leak problems in the future, Mark at AcquaDry Technologies will be the person that I tell them to call!

Mark at AquaDry was awesome! He is very professional, friendly and knowledgable. He answered all of our questions with NO arrogance (unlike many contractors) and took the time to make sure we were happy. I actually found out about Aquadry Technologies through Homestars and the excellent reviews others have provided. All the reviews were accurate. Mark came in to give me a free estimate and explained the whole process in good detail. I was happy when he came in to do the job as well. Mark is very thorough, meticulous and detail-oriented in what he does. There were no surprises. The holes were drilled, crack cleaned with cleaning solution, hydraulic cement applied and resin injected. All of this took less than 2 hours. Any time i came to inspect the progress, Mark took the time to explain the current stage and what came next. The space with which he had to work was also very crammed and narrow (behind the water heater) but Mark didn't speak a word about it. This is a truly professional outfit and I would be recommending Aquadry technologies to anyone that mentions wet basement to me.

After the big snowstorm we had a lot of rain, which unfortunately ended up seeping into our basement. We were referred to AquaDry by a neighbour. Mark from AquaDry came over to our house the same day to look at the issue, he explained the work and arranged to come over in a few days. The work was completed very quickly, there were no odors/fumes, Mark was very tidy, polite and knowledgeable. We are please to say that we have not had any more water seep into the basement. Discovered water leaking in our basement, we were referred to Marc at AquaDry Technologies. Marc walked me through how to find the leak over the phone (in order to save some money) and made my situation a priority to come and fix it. He explained what he did, emailed me my invoice and my 25 yr warranty on his work. He was very professional and great to work with.

I am have my basement done and to my surprise I noticed water leaking from the wall and I asked my contractor if he knew anyone who can fix this leak and he told me this company AquaDry who did some job for his uncle and it was done professionally and the job was guaranteed and satisfied with, so I immediately asked my contractor to get a hold of this company and set-up an appointment for them to come for an estimate. Mark from AquaDry came in and looked at it and explained to me in details of what he will do to fix the problem and gave me the price and I didn't hesitate or think twice of bringing him to fix the leak. We made an appointment and he came and did the job within an hour and I was chatting with him while he's working on fixing the leak. After he was done he told me that the leak will stop and I monitored it. The next day I went in the basement and found it was dry and no more leak. All I can say that the new No Digging Technology really works and the job was done professionally and I am really happy with the job Mark have done and will not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone who need to have cracks or leak in their basement. After calling 3 companies to provide quote on repairing my basement foundation leak, I chose Aquadry Technologies complete the repair. I had contacted two others who both provided quotes over the phone which were $100-250 higher. Mark visited my house prior to making a quote and detailed where he thought the problem was and how he would fix it.

He was able to visit my house to complete the repairs within a week. He completed by tearing out my drywall and filling the leak with the polyurethane. Once completed he invoiced me from his phone which appeared in my inbox seconds later which I think is a huge plus as I would have had to scan the invoice to keep in my records anyways.

He did not replace the drywall, as from the calls I made no one does, but did recommend someone to do so. The removal of the drywall was great that I was able to reuse it to seal the hole in my wall.

I would recommend Mark, from Aquadry Technologies as I thought he was very professional, honest and quoted a good price.
