We recently experienced water pooling in our shower stall when we showered. The water would eventually go down after the water was shut off, but we quickly realized we had a clogged drain that needed to be snaked. I called 4 different plumbers from Homestars and all of them said they would need to assess the job before giving a quote. I called three other plumbers I saw advertised in the Village Post and they all gave quotes. One of them was Ari from Levstein and Stern who not only came in with the most reasonable quote (by a significant amount) but said he could come the next day (Saturday). He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would do for the price he quoted. While he was at the house we said we had a similar problem with the sink and he immediately recognized that it was a problem with the drain plug and replaced it immediately (he had a spare part on his truck). Now both the shower and the sink both drain perfectly and we're very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Levstein and Stern to anyone with a plumbing issue. We will be calling Ari Levstein the next time we need a plumber.

What a fabulous experience. Mr Stern arrived on time, did super work in a timeous manner changing out 2 x toilets, replacing a faulty fill valve and installing an automated toilet seat. He then checked to make sure everything worked, showed us everything and explained the various functions then cleaned up after himself. You would never know he was here for 3 hours! Frankly the very best plumbing experience we have had in 20 years. Very highly recommend Levstein & Stern plumbing. PS He even hauled out the old toilets and put them in the van!

Steve Stern has been my plumber for years. Great service with a smile. He is quick to respond to my 911 calls and bless him... he always cleans up the mess in the end.

I have relied on the services of Stephen Stern, now of Levstein and Stern for close to a decade. His services have been prompt and, enthusiastic. Unlike many other plumbers who are rude and obnoxious, he has always had a positive and respectful attitude. I also have not had the experience of over charging, and surprise added charges. Also, it helps to have a Master plumber with so many years of experience ready and able to objectively evaluate diagnose and assess problems particularly in condo buildings where a second and objective opinion is needed for example for leaks effecting common areas. More often than not, relying on a plumber that your super suggests will result in over charging, unecessary and added services or biased evaluations.

We used Stephen to diagnose our problems with our main bathroom toilet. Given it was extremely old, we were advised it would be less expensive to get a new one. He was really helpful in sourcing a new one for us. He got it for us really quickly and did a great job installing it. He also took our old toilet away, which really helped. We have already recommended him to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use Levstein & Stern for any further plumbing problems we may have.

Ari from Levstein & Stern Plumbing Limited has been my go to plumber for many years now. He brings excellent customer service along with superior plumbing skills. What this means for me is he doesn't mess around, he is able to diagnosis and fix an issue quickly.
