For some inexplicable reason, by cell signal has diminished to almost zero in my home over the last 18 months. I ended up discovering that I was paying for a system that didn't work. It took Alarmforce four trips to my house with three different systems, but we eventually found one that doesn't drill more holes in my walls, costs the same amount and most importantly seems to be working!
The customer service reps followed up right after the install and again within 10 days to confirm that the system was working on both ends. They also took a look into a possible reason my cell signal declined so rapidly.
It wasn't without its glitches, but Alarmforce was tenacious and resourceful and I am completely happy with my new system.

We called alarm force because we always were hearing them on the radio and their rates sounded decent. They have recently upgraded us to the touch screen panel which is pretty cool. I wish there was another ring tune than just the doorbell chime everytime a door or window opens. If there is please let me know how to change it. We are pleased with the system.

I've used AlarmForce many years ago and was happy with them then. I was in the market for another alarm so decided to give them a call again. I was very pleased with the person I spoke to on the phone as well as the installer that came out the following week. Their system is great and I'm very please that I decided to go with them again.

Alarm force is the most dishonest, and greedy company. I have been a customer for past five years always paid on time and when I sold my house I tried to get The new resident to take over the account. By trying to upsell and giving me a run around they have frustrated me for the past year. Save yourself and do not sign up and do not deal with alarm forcE.

Just moved to Surrey BC and decided to pick this company based on reviews , The installers was very helpful in explaining things to us with patience.
They were courteous, clean and tidy and we felt that he was fully trustworthy.
We now feel our home is protected and would recommend this company for the service we received.

On June 26/2017 i had a medical alert system from alarm force installed. The insulator fully explained the system in detail and answered all of my concerns about it. Then installed the system, hardware including a setup of my door.
I was very pleased with this experience and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

In the beginning I complained about disconnecting our old system when the technician came for replacing the battery. However, we realized our system is not working with internet telephone service. However with Jaspreet and other customer service depts helped me a lot to set up the new system with great services. I thank you for all the service done for us.

I want to thank Dwight for his patience in guiding me through all the technical support required in the managing of the security system. My technical skills and knowledge is limited and I really appreciate someone who is understanding of this. Dwight answered my questions which were many and now i feel a better understanding of how things work.

The best customer service ever! Rep Amadi Rucker came to my rescue and provided me with options that I did not even think were possible. Alarm-force Pres. Ms. Rucker deserves a raise! It is very hard to come in contact with professional customer representatives who are patience...friendly...along with having a great attitude.
