I recently upgraded to the new package. The services so far including the video does the work as expected. The camera output signal was much better. Will recommend Alarm force.

They care about their customers security including their financial securities. Kind curteous and understanding. Couldn't ask for a better company to keep our family safe. Thank you Alarm force from the Hardman family..

Poor service, long time to return calls often having to call back often myself just to get service! They make promises get your business then do not support you! Will never recommend them!

Horriable customer service. Don’t not go with alarm force. First their sales rep gave me misleading info to get me to sign 3 yr contract. Once my contract was over, I called and cancelled and refused to renew with them again. But they kept charging my credit card. I called To ask why they were charging me. They said that they had over looked the fact that I had cancelled my service lol. I have had nothing but issues with this company. I recommend you stay away. Their monitoring service was horriable as well, anytime the laram went off they had zero repose to it. They calll you 3 or 4 hrs latter to tell you that they detected the alarm was set off. Just a bad bad company traping ppl in a contact with deceptive practices. Stay away!!!

I could not be happier with my alarm service. we find it very affordable
and the complete system upgrades for a few dollars more is very appreciated. The technicians were very good at installing an attractive wireless system . customer service is always polite and helpful .i definitely recommend Alarm Force to everyone who wants peace of mind.

This company is just not worth your time. The service is terrible and the sales reps are awful to speak with. They do not care about what you want and try to put everyone down. A company proud of it's service would not do that.

The ALARM FORCE is a hoax as they won't tell you any details if the alarm goes off, due to legal liability. Mine went off the other day and they have dispatched the guards without telling me additional information (i.e.: procedures, time of arrival of the guards, etc.). I've arrived home, checked the perimeter and the guards were still not there. What a terrible service. They have told me that if I cancel they will charge me the remainder of the contract. Thoughts on cancellation?

We bought a new home so I phoned AlarmForce to move the service. Unfortunately they do not service the area we are moving to. They now expect us to pay out the remainder of the contract for a service they cannot provide us. We did not want to cancel the contract, this is an issue of the company being unable to fulfill their part of the contract, yet we are expected to still pay for it. Very poor business practice. Buyer beware!

The Alarm force has better package and the service is good. Had no issues so far. The customer service is good too. I recommend alarm force to friends and family.

Had alarm force in Montreal with no issues. Moved to Edmonton and paying the same price so assumed it was same service (ie 2 way). Alarm went off one day and no two way alarm. Called them back and they said all was good when they sent the security team, which was not true since I was at home and would have seen them checking my house. I have been paying for an alarm that: is not 2 way: and they say they send teams, but now wonder what it is they do. To correct the issue, they want give me less service than I have now. Bad...bad...bad...company. Looking for new service now.
