From the start to the end of this project I was very happy. Little did I realize how many door choices there were . The salesman was patient as it took a few trips to Home Depot to narrow down my choice! The installer was amazing! Both doors look outstanding! I am sooo happy!
My only suggestion for the door company is get better software so that once a customer decides on a door and sidelite , have a computer program that will give me a clear image of what my door looks like before signing on the dotted line! The salesman would also benefit from having actual colour samples as well as actual samples of what sidelite glass will look like!

I had 17 windows installed. They arrived at 6am and worked solidly until 6pm. They were very respectful for my property and myself too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company . They cleaned up after they were finished and everywhere was spotless.

From the store staff, to the consultant that came to our house, the installation staff and everyone we encountered along the way on our “front door project”, everyone was very profesional, supportive and accommodating. No pushing to buy one door or another. Real advice and tips. Our door just got installed, so now we will wait and see the result of the work. But it looks amazing.

Installed (3) entry doors, and (4) windows, starting at 9:00am, finishing at 5:00pm. The install team was very efficient, high work quality, and very clean. The team of 4, two removing/installing windows, one focused on hardware, and one focussed on exterior window trim. All windows were triple pane vinyl casement and doors were steel. We invested a lot of money to purchase top of the line windows and doors from Home Depot. We are very happy/pleased with the installation team and final results of the installation. We love our new windows and doors and look forward to many years of great efficiency and performance.

Just had the entry garage door installed by Kyle. He did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable & extremely tidy. He is a 5 star performer. Your company is forttunate to have such an employee...

Had 7 windows installed-the office claimed it would only take one day, but they only sent TWO PEOPLE. It was pretty clear that they didn't have a lot of experience. I suspect HD was swamped due to the last minute rush to install ahead of the Ontario rebate deadline and subcontracted extensively.

Long story short, it took two days, they left enormous gaps in my wall, which they tried to fill with silicone and plaster. HD refused to do any work, saying they were not responsible for 'hairline cracks'. Fair enough, but these were much larger. Their work was very substandard.

Very happy with my door replacement. The two installers were very knowledgeable and efficient. They arrived on time, did an excellent job and and tidied everything up before leaving. Highly recommend these professionals. Thanks!

Right from the initial sales meeting through the ordering process and finally the installation, I am delighted with the communication, follow-up to calls and response time. Every individual I (we) dealt with was right-on. A very profession installation and when questions arose they were handled promptly and fairly.
