Home Depot was quick to send out a great guy, Randy, to do the initial estimate. The installers were quick and efficient and did the job well.

The Home Depot representative who was my contact throughout the process, Karen C., was amazing. My initial install date was in July, after tenants were moving in, and she found a way to get the windows in before move in day. She moved mountains for me.

My door took longer than the 8 weeks home depot suggests is normal, which was a bit annoying and why i do not give 5 stars.

We chose Home Depot for our new doors because we were on a limited time frame and knew we would be limited in where we could order from.
Initially we were concerned as the salesman at the store told us it would be a 3-4 week max turn around, and it was getting way past that time frame before we had an install date.
While we were frustrated because it seemed we were chasing people to get answers, it eventually was taken care of with a few days to spare still
If you are on a quick time frame ensure you are very specific with your dates, it was our saving grace. If you aren't on a tight time frame its a perfect choice!

Work was completed 5 weeks ahead of estimate. Very thorough during cleanup. Roofers were very cordial and even helped move patio furniture so that there was no damage. Would recommend these roofers for any roofing job.

Our new garage side entry door was installed last month. The installers arrived on time and began work immediately. The job was finished by lunch time and the work is flawless. After years of putting up with an old, unsightly and sticking door, we could not be more pleased with this job. We have used Home Depot/Peak Installations four times for window and door replacements over the past 7 years and we have been 100% satisfied every time.

Due to the weather this spring we where delayed with the installation, but when the company arrived they where very professional and did an excellent job. My roof has very steep slope but the roofers did use all pro cautions and tried their best to not disturb the gardens. Each night the yard was tidied up and that was appreciated.

After we purchased our new front door and side lights through Home Depot we hired their installers to put it in. Although they had a vehicular problem the original date of installation they promptly rebooked us in for a couple of days later. They called to say they could arrive early that day and proceeded to start the installation. They quickly and efficiently removed the old door and sides and had the new one in. They installed our doorbell, new lock, sealed everything in and then cleaned up any mess they had made. We are so happy with the job they did and love the new door.
