The Gutter Patrol

We had squirrel problems and I removed soffits to clear it up. We dealt with the squirrels but now needed to close the house to keep them out. We called a lot of companies but only one responded to help. Most companies are busy. Moes company also busy but came to the rescue on a weekend. The work was done well and we really felt Moe went the extra mile for a small job be ause it was urgent. We certainly recommend gutter patrol to anyone.

AFfter having a reputable company say they fixed my 3 leaks and though they still leaked, they would not come out, I then had Moe quote me for repair and cleaning. He guaranteed his work and even had me come out to see as he tested out the leaks with his own hose. He did find another leak that i was unaware of as well as one that required a little more work than was in his quote but did not charge me more. He is one of the most upstanding service people i have met in a long time.

Moe has done our gutters since we owned our home and we have always found him to do great work, have amazing customer service and good communication. I had him do repair and clean my parents' home as well! Have a lot of faith in his work!

I had three downspouts replaced with larger 3" size. Moe did a great job and even found the right color match. Took away all the old material as well. Had a little issue with two of the downspouts and Moe promptly came back and did the fixes to our satisfaction.

I had a problem with one of the house gutters that would constantly overflow and leak. My main concern was the winter since the water could leak on to the driveway and freeze. I called a number of gutter repair specialists in Calgary, but The Gutter Patrol was the only group that would talk to me right away. The others wanted to book a consultation appointment 2 or 3 weeks down the road.
I talked to Moe on a Thursday outlining the problem, the location and length of the gutters and asked if he could provide a quote for new gutters. He said he would get some preliminary costs together and come out early the following week.
However, he called the following morning and said he was doing work in my neighbourhood that Friday, and could come out and have a look that afternoon on his way home. Moe arrived about 4:00 pm and noticed my problem right away: the gutter was not sloped enough to handle the heavy water flow.
He told me right away that I did not need new gutters. He recommended re-sloping the current gutters and adding an additional downspout to handle the water volume. In the end this would save time and money. That was a pleasant surprise.
However, I got another pleasant surprise when I asked when he could do the work, expecting it may take a week or two or more to setup an appointment based on his workload. He said, “I’m here now; I have the materials and tools, so I can do it right away."
Even though it was late Friday afternoon, he took the time to do a good job letting me know what he planned to do and made sure I was happy with the results. He even took the time to test the re-sloped gutters using a water hose to make sure it worked properly and did not overflow or leak on the driveway. He also insisted that if I have any issues in the future, to give him a call and he would take care of them right. After a few heavy downpours, the gutters and drainage work perfectly.
Moe was great to work with, he came up with a solution that saved me money and was able to do it right away. If anyone is having any gutter issues or needs new gutters, I would absolutely recommend that you give him a call.

Thanks to Moe for doing an excellent job. He responded to our over flowing eaves and fixed the problem quickly. We had him come to do the rest of the cleaning on the eaves and he exceeded our expectations by doing more work than expected! It was really nice that he fixed additional problems that we didn't see! He also showed me how to do my own downspout extensions and adjustments. Moe is very courteous and kind and was a pleasure to have working on our house.

Moe did an awesome job!!! He responded quickly to my phone calls, arrived on time and within a few days after inquiry. He did a thorough evaluation of my eavestrough and determined they had never been cleaned. The cleaning took more time than average but he did not charge more. He was polite and respectful and I highly recommend him for any gutter cleaning or repair work.

We wanted some gutter around our deck. Moe was able to come right away for a quote and was able to get the work done within the week. He was also willing to provide some gutter for our shed that my husband was to put on. I would recommend Moe and would not hesitate to call him again.

We used Moe 1 1/2years ago and were very satisfied. We contacted Moe a few weeks back to do some adjustments for us on the down spouts and gutter. He responded within 48 hours and corrected the problems therefore I would recommend this company to anyone.

From first contact to completion of the project Moe was professional, timely and considerate. He improved our drainage system drastically and was the best price to boot.
