Excellent customer service. Prompt, thorough, professional and great communication. Showed up a little early which was great. Office called to say the crew was out front. The crew was very knowledgeable and explained the work prior to starting. Also clarified I understood the pricing. We then walked through the house together to count all vents and confirm details of the job. The crew did excellent and complete work and finished right on time. They then showed me photos of the inside of my furnace and ducts which was great information. The lead member then went through the bill in detail and explained everything, which was just as we had agreed and they had communicated before. Excellent care to protect the site, including bumpers on kitchen island to protect against the hose coming from outside rubbing on cabinets. Highly satisfied overall with professionalism and service performed. Ive already booked this company to service my moms house and will definitely request this crew again. Highly recommended.

The team was on site according to schedule, and was informative and efficient in execution. The cleaning activity was done swiftly without too much trouble. And everything was left clean afterwards.

The two gentlemen were very professional. They showed up right on time (even in the snow storm) They went over the cost and process when they entered the house, which was great. We had two furnaces and some vents cleaned on Nov 16, 2020. They finished mid-afternoon. At supper time we noticed that the main furnace was not working and called the cleaning company. A man came out after supper to look and said that the inducer motor was seized, but that this had nothing to do with the cleaning. The sAme man came on Tuesday afternoon to replace the motor for another $800.

It is just too much coincidence that they didn’t cause the motor breakdown by, perhaps, hitting the furnace with the hose or something similar.

Good job and great communication. Covid protocol and fast completion. both staff where younger but experienced to work safely and quickly. Had one furnace and all my vents done. You should do all vents as why only do half.
