Excellent experience with Alberta Furnace Cleaning. The representatives we spoke with on the phone were courteous, very diligent in ensuring they had all our information and called us back when promised to remind us of our appointment the day before and the morning of.
Technicians Riz and James were exactly on time (08:00), friendly and very knowledgeable. Riz really knows his stuff and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why it was important. The difference between AB Furnace Cleaning and the previous company we'd hired to clean our ducts was night and day. AFC were much more thorough, actually accessed all the ducts (previous company only accessed one main duct, but we did not know any better) and the equipment AFC used was a lot more powerful. Seeing how they accessed everything within the furnace and vents really gave me the assurance that we were getting what we were paying for.
We initially intended only to get furnace, duct, vacuflow and dryer vent cleaning (check out their web coupons to save a little here), but Riz and James made a very good case for upgrading (also advised of all costs), so we added on 2 intake vents (fresh air intakes from outside), bathroom fans, furnace chimney and had the ducts sanitized. Our house is an older one and much of this cleaning had never been done previously, so we felt it was worth the investment.
I can also say with confidence that we've noticed a big difference since the work was done. The furnace is quieter and appears to run smoother, and there is definitely more air pressure coming from the vents, now. We had a huge problem with dust, previously, and this has definitely helped with that, as well.
Given the service we received and the differences we've noticed since the cleaning, we would highly recommend AFC and will be using them to maintain our furnace and ducts in future. Great job, guys!
