What amazing story: we decided to replace set of windows (6) and balcony door (huge!), after 15 years of cold winters and hot summers in our house (were commercial grade windows, poor quality). Got from friend recommendation for Omega Universal Ltd.
From the first meeting with the Company Rep everything was just perfect: He was patiently leading us in pros-cons reasons for choosing the right product for our project (facts, competitive price, expected quality, delivery time). His promises were as per the book (I have to admit, I was little reserved..). But it was like Christmas gift: we made written contract, and EVERYTHING proposed by the contract was perfectly designed, delivered, and installed just in time. Highly professional installation crew did job in an amazing short period of time (in December !). Now, we must adjust furnace thermometer on lower temp, due to the far better thermo-insulation with new windows and door. Strongly recommending Omega Universal Ltd.
