This is my second time using Toronto Tree Removal. Once in 2019 for my dead Pine tree and now in 2021 for my dying Norwegian Maple. In both instances the crew & office staff were friendly, efficient, safe and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be completed. The promptness of the team from Aaron assessing the situation; to Heather and Marcy answering questions and administrating to the paperwork; to Hillary, Joe and Joe cutting, removing and cleaning up after the task at hand. The removal of the trees were definitely carefully and professionally planned ensuring that no damage came to my property. Clean up and removal was also done with great care.

I have several more trees on my property and will not hesitate to call on Toronto Tree Removal again should a need arise again.

This is our second time using Toronto Tree Removal. The first was seven years ago when they pruned branches from several large trees hanging over our backyard. I wasn’t home at the time to see the crew at work, but I was amazed at the thoroughness of their clean-up. Our yard never looked cleaner, and all the work was performed as discussed and on budget.

I’m happy to say their performance today was no different, but my wife and I were home to see the activity. The stakes were also higher because a limb over two storeys high that extended over our house had split away from the trunk of a dead tree -- a “tree of heaven” we’re told, but I’d call the tree a gnarled sprawling mess. The limb was still standing; but it was at an angle, leaning squarely towards our house, and swaying precariously in the breeze. Winter’s coming, and a cold wind could very likely blow this branch over and cause severe damage to person or property.

We were impressed with the crew’s punctuality, efficiency, and attention to our property and (most importantly) their own safety. They were professional, polite, and amicable. And, again, our yard was left spotless at the end of the job.

I should also mention that Aaron arrived at the scene the same morning we called him for an estimate. He patiently and thoroughly explained the work involved as well as the bureaucracy of dealing with City Hall regarding the removal of a dead tree. (This was a first for us as property owners.)

Should we be in need of arboreal services in the future, we’re calling Toronto Tree Removal without hesitation.

I have used several companies over the decades to care for my large oak tree and have found Toronto Tree Removal the most efficient. The crew was polite, punctual and very thorough. Would certainly use them again.

Last weekend, after a huge ailanthus tree fell in my yard threatening two houses, Aaron was the first to respond and to quote on a Sunday, then scheduled the emergency work on the first dry day arriving with a crew of 7 and lots of the best equipment, chippers and bins. Heather from Toronto Tree Removal did an excellent job coordinating the work. She referred us to Hilary for tree inspection and permit submission. The permit was approved per the timeline Hilary provided us. The team arrived on time and completed the work within one day. Toronto Tree Removal goes above and beyond to do the requested work on our large silver maple and very tall cedars. Aaron is very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. The crew took pride in their work and were easy to consult with during the day. The clean up was meticulous. Twice now my neighbour has engaged this company to 1) take down an old oak and b) trim 2 black walnut trees. Both times the crew had to access our property during the process to tackle the work. The crew was overall very proficient: careful when bringing down larger pieces/branches, conscientious about property and landscaping damage and very thorough on clean up. Aaron - owner - took the time to walk through the process with me in advance and ensure that I was clear about their plan. Highly recommended. (Unsure of exact pricing but my neighbour relayed it was very fair).
