Have used these folks 3 times in the last 4 years and each experience is better than the last. On what is normally a very stressful day, these guys make the move worry free. Polite, fast, and never complain, no matter where the stuff is located, or how much it weighs. As this company gets bigger and bigger I worried that maybe it would lose it's one to one appeal, but the guys who showed up today worked quickly, made the job flow smoothly, and at the end went above and beyond looking around for loose odds and ends that may have been overlooked. I wish I could give a higher rating. Thank you!

This wasn't my first move, but it was by far the best. Timely, fast, polite. Guys had cloths to wrap my big pictures and mirrors. Moving day that is so stressful turned into an easy and calm. Huge thanks to the entire team.

We were downsizing and moving to Bradford from Richmond Hill. We got rid of some stuff, but we were still left with a daunting task of moving three floors of furniture and 28 years of accumulation into less than 1/2 the space. Mariam provided us with a much more reasonable quote compared to others we had asked, and we felt extremely comfortable in his overall assessment of size and personnel to make the move completely seamless. Needless to say it's not as seamless as you wished for, but Cesar (supervisor) and his crew took care of everything and worked relentlessly from mid-morning until about 8PM packing, disassembling, storing and then moving everything into the smaller anticipated space without any stress. While we helped in coordinating some of the pieces into one of two moving trucks, Toronto Pro took care of what they do best ... move everything with purpose and focus. Everything fit into the two trucks other than a couple of pieces which could not be taken out of the basement due to size (home built work tables/benches). Damage was absolutely non-existent. That's how well they managed delicate pieces, and anything that looked like it could have been marked or bruised was wrapped in tape and/or protective blankets. Also if it wasn't for us asking whether they were going to stop for lunch or have a quick bite at the end of the day, they would have worked continuously. That's dedication to getting the work done.

We'll be moving again in the early part of 2018, and although it might be a bit further than their normal services range, I was assured that they could certainly be called upon. I was in full confidence in their work ethics and care while moving our furniture, and I'd call them again without second thought. We highly recommend Toronto Pro Movers. Marian and his crew arrived on time loading our locker and then our house. We chose them because we have an old upright Heintzman piano and they had so many good piano moving reviews, they certainly were very knowledgeable and careful with the piano, placing it exactly where we wanted it. The guys wrapped up our sofas and dismantled our bed frame and put it all back together at the new house. Everyone was polite and nice to talk to. They all went about their job quickly and efficiently. Everything went smoothly and we are really happy with the service we received. Moving is stressful but Marian and his crew at Toronto Pro Movers made it easy! Thank you so much!

I am so happy to have hired Toronto Pro Moving to help us move. The three gentlemen that came to help (Cesar, David and Sankit) were extremely professional and friendly. Great team work and work ethic from everyone. Our fragile items like big mirrors and plants were very carefully handled. The wardrobe boxes made it so easy to move the clothes. All in all, a great experience and will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to our network.

A moving team of 3 arrived promptly at 9am and were quick, efficient and clean. We were able to leave the Toronto location by 11:30am. To pack up and load and entire house in that amount of time is impressive and none of our items or furniture were damaged or left dirty. They unloaded easily in less then an hour and placed all items where instructed and even made some furniture changes when our furniture did not fit the new floor plan. To top off the great experience, the moving team were professional and friendly. We will be using Toronto Pro for our future move and recommend to our friends and family. Great work.

We had valuable art and furniture to move and these guys worked diligently and carefully to wrap and move everything. They were courteous, professional and very hard working.
