Jason came to clean our house duct and inspect our furnace. He did an excellent job, and even made an second trip despite his busy schedule to show us how to replace the filter for our furnace. He gave us useful information related to furnace, filters, thermostat etc.

I came upon the HomeStars site looking for a recommendation for a company that could do dryer and furnace vent cleaning. I was impressed (and somewhat sceptical) at the ratings that Jason received for his work with DuctDudes. I couldn’t believe that all of his reviews were so glowing. Nevertheless, I thought I'd give him a try as I had a dryer vent that was not working efficiently, and the furnace needed a service as well.

I can tell you that the reviews Jason receives are 100% on the mark. Jason is professional, courteous and extremely diligent and focused on getting his work done. The dryer vent problem turned out to be wet lint coupled with 2 x 90 degree turns before it got to the exhaust on the roof, which was extremely tricky to clean and rectify. What really impressed me about Jason was his never-give-up attitude, he was determined not to let this problem stump him and he worked for hours to clean out the offending material. He took the time to show me what was going on with the equipment he had and suggested a way forward so that it didn’t happen again. After the problem with the dryer the furnace vents were much more straightforward.

I’ve worked with many trades and Jason is up there with the best of them. He is polite, is relentlessfly focused on getting the job done, and even makes a point of cleaning up afterwards, made more impressive because it was a Sunday and I know he wasn’t feeling well from earlier in the week. A note about the proper tools – Jason has the right set of equipment for doing this work, and more to the point, knows how to use it properly. His value for money is exceptional – my wife and mother in law (who lives with us) immediately noticed the marked improvement in the dryer operation. Duct Dudes was great! Jason was available to come quickly, and in the evening, so I did not have to miss work. He was helpful, and was willing to take the time to answer all our questions.

I chose jason based on the previous reviews and i was not disappointed at all. Time wasn't a issue with him and he thoroughly explained what improvements i could do to prevent further build up of dust/dirt with our current setup. Our furnace is running smoother than ever

Moving my family with four kids from Hong Kong is very challenging. We don't know anyone here, but we cannot afford any unreliable people helping out with our house stuff. I found Jason because of his positive critics online, and he proved himself he deserves a medal of 10 stars. He not only did his job well, but he also helped me with arranging BC Fortis for inspection as a courtesy. It was a big help and much appreciated as he could describe the situation to BC Fortis way better than I could. I have no reservation in recommending Jason to anyone who needs his service.

Jason was very flexible and professional. He cleaned all ducts in our 30 unit complex for less than what we have paid in the past and did a significantly better job. Owners were thrilled with his level of service (so much so that an owner made a point of emailing council and praising him) and that he helped them out in other areas where he did not need to. Job was finished in less time than expected and very little inconvenience to anyone. He's also very personable and easy to do business with. We will definitely call him again.

This is the second time Jason has done work for us, and like the first time, today's service was impeccable.
He works so thoroughly and quickly, he explains his work and it is clear he knows what he is doing.
He helped with our furnace repair, and was honest to tell me it was only a thermostat issue which I could easily purchase and replace myself.
We will continue to hire (and refer) Jason to do our work as he demonstrates a strong sense of integrity, and that is very important to us.
