It is my absolute pleasure to review home inspector Sean Moss and share with you my positive experience. I recently looked into buying a west side house in Vancouver. This house was almost 4000sqft with all the bells and whistles. Sean combed through our 50 foot lot house from foundation to attic taking photos, pointing out deficiencies, and making great recommendations. Sean started working the moment he arrived and did not stop till he covered every corner of the house. The inspection took 6 hours! and he never took a single break. I have to say that those 6 hours were the best 6 hours any home owner will ever spend. Sean follows up with a high quality report illustrating and commenting on all the essentials of your home. This report is awesome for negotiations and reference. Sean's price is very fair and his dedication to you and your house will exceed your expectations. The very best part is that even after the home inspection is complete, he still makes himself available for questions and follow-up. I'd like to think that Sean has become a friend more than an inspector and I would welcome him into my home anyday.
