He is always very responsive. Through out the whole process, John updated us everyday about the progress. He is always so patiently answering our questions. The material and the quality of the work is excellent! We highly recommend JMT!

I recently (July 21–23, 2021) had a roof replaced on my mother’s house by JMT Roofing and am 100 % satisfied with the work. The owner, John, carefully picks his crew and it shows. The crew works as a team, are polite, and work had to do a good job. There was no damage to the yard or plants and the after work cleanup was excellent. The crew was even careful to keep the gate closed so the dog would not get out.

The roof was installed on a Burnaby, B.C. home in July, 2021.

I contacted JMT to reroof our house after a leak we had. I contacted about 5 roofing companies. John was easy to deal with, even he doesn't write everything down, he is a man of his word and did everything he told me he was going to do on the roof and more. JMT was price competitive and including things in the price that other were charging extra. Cale his foremen was professional and good to talk to, he explained everything and answers all our concerns. I felt sorry for them roofing during the heatwave we had. John was in constant contact with me until the job was done. I pointed a couple of issues to John afterwards and Cale came on Canada Day to fix it. We had JMT do our Gutters as well and did a great job. So everything looks good with new roof, flashing and gutters all matching. I would recommend JMT to anyone. I joked with John that we won't know how good of a job he did until the first big rainstorm but I have all the confidence in the world that all is good and if there is any issue John would send someone right away.

I have consulted 6 roofing companies and finally chose JMT to replace my roof. I am so glad I made the right decision as John and his team are very professional and very reliable. Thank you John and team!!
