You cannot convince me that there a better roofing company in Vancouver than JMT. Their employees go over and above the scope of their work to get the job done and clean up every day. John, the owner made it possible for us to get the roof done within our budget. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof.

We used JMT about 8 years ago on our previous home and that job was great. We got a quote from JMT and another well-known company, with JMT's quote coming in significantly lower. To us it was a no-brainer. John (the owner) was on top of things from the get-go. The job was finished ahead of time and in spectacular fashion. Several small details were attended to (they did not need to be), without extra charge. The house looks great! The grounds around the house show no evidence of anyone having been there, replacing the roof! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

John from JMT was great, very friendly and honest. He was kind enough to stop by my place a couple days after I had called his company to provide me with a roof quote. We talked in person, he gave me some great pointers and was not pushy at all for me to use his services. I really appreciated his time and how nice he was! JMT did a wonderful job of our roof. They were punctual and professional.
We were kept informed of the progress of the job and the materials they used are top-notch. It was reassuring to watch the progress of the project with the photos they sent during the installation. We appreciate that they were careful about optimizing the flashing around the chimney and other pipes coming through the roof. The result is a roof that looks amazing. My neighbors are even commenting about it. JMT protected the area around the house and did a thorough clean-up.
