Alec and Devon did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in my house recently. Before arriving, they called to confirm the arrival time and were on time and organized. Alec walked through the house with me and made note of areas that needed extra cleaning. They were careful with the hoses on my hardwood floor and stairs and were professional and efficient. From start to finish working with Alec was a pleasure. He answered all my questions beforehand and gave me an estimate that didn't vary. When he and Devon came to the apartment they were warm, friendly and worked diligently to make me happy. Alec also repaired some missing grout lines without hesitation. An overall great experience! Alec was friendly on the phone and prompt to provide a quote and reply to my e-mails. On the service day he was exactly on time and did an excellent job of re-caulking the base of our shower stall and cleaning a few rust stains on our basement tiles. Prior to Alec I had made several unsuccessful attempts to clean the rust stains. Now you can't even tell the stains were there and the tiles were not harmed at all during cleaning. Alec was efficient and meticulously cleaned up before leaving. Would highly recommend his company.
