The Mold Guy, Mold Detection & Removal

I had two of my showers leaking and I was concerned that mold may develop.
I contacted the mold guy and they came out right away. Their service was excellent and they didnt find any more.

My tenant complained of mold in the shower. Mold guys diagnosed the problem as being within the walls- they were wet. It turns out the waterproofing had not been properly installed; the drywall beneath the tiles was completely covered in mold. The mold guys were still able to clean out the mold in the time estimated. They didn't charge me extra even though the damage was significantly more than we thought. I would definitely use them again ( although I hope I never have to!)

Mold found in the attic ceiling and The Mold Guy came out the next morning to remove it. On time, efficient, cleaned up. Great job! Highly recommended.

We had mold in our cold cellar from a vent pipe that was unknowingly closed off by the previous owner.

The Mold Guys came and gave us valuable information about the issue, it's cause, and the solution.

They were back a week later and completely removed and took care of the issue.

The process was easy and quick from initial contact with this company to final invoice. The quote was fair compared to others I recieved and I'm confident the mold is gone. The removal techs who showed up were friendly, quick and very helpful in explaining the cause of the mold and their recommendations for fixing the root issue. They left my house spotless and I didn't have to do any cleanup behind them.

Wow! What wonderful service with kind humans. They protected all of our furniture before starting work, they were compassionate about our neighbours and parked away from the house as we were in a tight laneway.
