I am a general contractor and always uses Raywal in general and Carly Morin in particular as my designer for all my cabinetry needs. Carly's professionalism, her attention to details, her ability to think outside the box while keeping customers needs and vision as center of all, is commendable. She goes beyond her scope to ensure that a quality product is delivered in timely manner to each and every customer. When I deal with Carly I get a complete package - Planning, ordering, installation and to top is off the after sale service is the best in the industry. I recently built a house and I was recommended Chris from Raywall. I got Chris to design my kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and bar. He was very honest, reliable and friendly. I am very impressed with everything he has done and definitely would recommend him to friends and family. I am overly satisfied with the finished product and the pricing. When I have visitors they always compliment how beautiful the work is that was done by Chris.

I renovated my kitchen last year and I deal with Carly Morin of Raywal Cabinets in Ottawa. We worked together to design the kitchen for function and asthetics. Carly was very friendly, pleasant and professional. She answered my phone calls immediately and always had very good ideas for the kitchen, whether it is design, cabinet style or how useful the various gadgets were. After about 30 designs and many visits we had a final plan. My kitchen ordered has delivered as scheduled. The installation was completed with 2 days. The work was completed professionally. Carly Morin was always there to supervise the work during and after the installation, and to assure that the installation is done according to the plan .She also follow–up with the contactor to assure that the renovation part” flooring, hydro, plumbing…” of the kitchen will be done on time without any problem before installing the kitchen and nothing will be missing. In addition, she made sure she had the specs for the new appliances” fridge, stove …” so that there would be no surprises come instalation time. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and I would certainly recommend Carly and Raywal Cabinets to anyone who is renovating a kitchen.

Carly Morin, was our Raywal specialist and she was amazing. She worked with my designer to both select and design the kitchen. Originally i was going to just reface the cabinets they convinced me to redesign and redo my flooring and what an incredible difference. Carly was always helpful took measurements to a T managed all the resoucing including the reno team to get it all done. Wish i could upload the pictures so you could see the before and after. Tonnes of compliments everyone loves it and very, very happy with it.

We dealt with Carly Morin at Raywal in Ottawa, and we LOVE our new kitchen. It turned out better than we had even hoped. Carly was detailed, dependable and very friendly and worked with our hectic schedules to help us plan our kitchen, often meeting us at the end of the work day so we caould make this happen. I recently purchased a new home in Arnprior. At the time of purchase the house was only a blueprint. I had to redesign rooms to meet with my elderly father’s needs. I had to deal with all the details myself. It became very stressful and I wanted to forget the whole thing and just stay where we were, that is until I met with Carly Morin of Raywal. Carly was a breath of fresh air in an already stale environment. She was very professional and I found her to be a great listener. Carly took detailed notes and was very conscious of all my wants and needs and how Raywal could fill them. She drew up detailed plans of my kitchen, 2 bathrooms and powder room which clearly outlined all the fine details that I had given her. Carly answered every question I had, gave suggestions when asked, and the final result was the kitchen of my dreams.

In a process that was full of minute details and major decisions on my part, Carly made each meeting, not only fruitful, but enjoyable. She went above and beyond when it came to designing my island and its placement in the kitchen. If more salespeople or contractors where as conscientious and knowledgeable about their products or services as Carly is about the Raywal products, my whole house building experience would have been far easier and much less stressful.

After about 20 designs and many visits we had a final plan. My kitchen cabinets were ordered and they had a 5 week turn-around time as espected. She also connsulted with my contractor to make sure the specs were conformed with. In addition, she made sure she had the specs for the new appliancesm so that there would be no surprises come instalation time. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and I would certainly recommend Carly and Raywal Cabinets to anyone who is renovating a kitchen.
