Should have done business with some other company, big mistake on my part. Definitely not worth the money. Workmanship is horrible, thin materials, faulty hardware, lots of scratches, terrible finish. They fix the scratches, but if you can still see when you come really close. Sandy can be really rude.

I've had a great experience with this company and Kellee in particular. She really knows her stuff and gave me some great ideas on providing more storage and counter space than I previously had.
My renovation was an insurance claim and Kellee kept on top of it, helping to get things done quickly. (As well as listening as I vented about delays caused by the company overseeing the work .... which was certainly not in her job description !!)

We had a fantastic experience from the first time we met Vanessa Goodkey through to final inspection and approval of the cabinets. Vanessa has been incredibly proactive and responsive throughout the process (something you really come to appreciate when doing a significant renovation). From making suggestions on our initial design to house visits to ensure everything was perfect. We are very happy with our cabinets - which look great. The price point that Raywal offers for custom cabinets was very competitive.

We are just completing our kitchen reno and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Kellee O'Brien at the Ajax location was our consultant. Kellee helped us realize our vision for our dream kitchen. She is very knowledgeable and efficient in kitchen planning. She knows what will work and what doesn't work and will be honest with you about all of your options. Kellee can guide you through the entire process of renovating and has great contacts and sources for the things that you will need to complete your renovation vision. The pricing was very good as it included the installation and we purchased during Raywal's summer sale whereby we saved the H.S.T.! The cabinets were installed by Tim, who was extremely efficient, clean and meticulous. There were a few minor hiccups with regard to delivery and condition of some of the doors with minor imperfections which were resolved without incident. Our kitchen has gone from a functional space to a space we actually LIVE in and enjoy as a family.

We're very happy with the quality of our Raywal cabinets and with the excellent kitchen design by Vanessa Goodkey. Our kitchen was quite small, but Vanessa drew up a wonderful design that made it seem bigger and more open. We chose to go with thermofoil because we wanted a white kitchen, and we wanted it to withstand our young children. :) I have already recommended Vanessa at Raywal to family and friends.

Kudos to Kellee at Raywal, Ajax. Her design was just what we envisioned. Throughout the process of selecting colour and style she remained patient and unflappable. The price, including several upgrades, was well within our budget and comparable to a flat-pack kitchen we would have spent an untold of time installing ourselves. Raywal's installer, Pete, was wonderful--calm, efficient and determined to make us happy. I recommend this company without hesitation.

We desperately needed our kitchen updated. Vanessa came to our house, understood our vision and guided us through the in's and out's of designing our kitchen. She was respectful of our budget, timeline and family needs.
Vanessa was available to answer questions and kept the contractors on schedule.

This was a huge renovation for us. We remained on time, and love the final product. I honestly can't say enough about this amazing experience. I have recommended Rayway, specifically Vanessa to friends and family.
