We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service. We always strive to fully educate our customers about their current roof issues and provide them with all their available options. Our standard way to do this is by taking pictures of everything we see. Through our many discussions and after going over the pictures of your roof and attic, we wanted to make sure that you knew exactly what was going on. Unfortunately in your case there were many possible causes and we had many issues to address.
We do not specialize in attics as we're not an insulation company but our drive to help you fix your problem is really what kept us coming back several times. That being said, we did try to contact several insulation companies on your behalf but because they were unavailable we offered to do the attic pipe repair ourselves. The work that was done included repairing and properly sloping the broken attic exhaust pipe . During our multiple visits we were also able to address many of the issues with your roof including installing and waterproofing three roof vents and two brand new exhaust vents. We stand behind all of our work and are always willing to return if there are any issues regarding quality or effectiveness.
