Aquatech Basement Waterproofing

I hired Aqua Tech to do a full exterior waterproofing job on my home including replacing the weeping tile and adding a sump pump in my basement. Andrew and his colleagues were amazing, they answered all of my questions thoroughly and offered options. The work was done very quickly but thoroughly and I was shocked at how clean the work area was while they were working (in fact a couple of my neighbours commented on how clean they kept the work area). I am extremely pleased with their service and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Aqua tech did a great job. They provided a reasonable quote, and scheduled the work within the time promised. The work crew was here for two days. They worked very hard and supervisors dropped by regularly to ensure everything was one track and well done. Clean up was amazing - Best clean up done by any contractor I've ever used. And at all times, the team was a pleasure to work with.

Andrew from Aqua Tech came highly recommended by a colleague of mine. He explained to me in details the whole process of different type of layers that would be applied on the foundation, out of the 5 quotes that I have received from the top waterproofing companies he was the only one that stood out the most especially because he told me right away it is a 3 day job, everyone else said about 1 day, which seemed way to fast especially because my foundation required extra purging. Dominic, the company owner, was professional and honest. He explained things clearly and gave me options instead of telling me what to do or scaring me into paying for more work than was necessary. He even informed me about municipal rebates and showed me how to apply for them.

The workers were quick, efficient, and polite. I'm very impressed with the quality of the work.

Although there was a bit of a waiting list, I understood because the company's so in demand. I would recommend Aqua Tech without hesitation. They're by far the best renovators I've ever used.

We would like to thank Andrew and his team for their prompt and professional service. The weeping tile in our 50-plus years old house had deteriorated and allowed water to flood our sump pump room. Andrews team did an initial fix on one side which should have been enough to keep the water out but proved not to be the case. When we informed Andrew about the problem, he arranged for the team to return soon after, and, without further cost, treated the other side of the sump pump room. We were impressed!

Andrew of Aqua Tech was very professional, and his team was punctual, very efficient, and they really knew what they were doing. We just had some very heavy rain, and our basement is very dry! I asked a lot of questions and Andrew patiently answered all of them in detail. The work was excellent, the clean-up was thorough, and the pricing was reasonable. I am glad we chose them.

We contacted Aqua Tech Waterproofing because after raining we had water in our basement. Andrew came and take a look. He explained me everything and he was not pushy and really patient. I told him, we need to fix that asap because we will leave for vacation and his crew came one day after. Really good guys : courteous, on time, clean... I really recommend them!

In May I discovered that I had a leaky basement, I called about 7 different water proofers that I found on this site and as soon as Nick came I knew AquaTech was the team I wanted to hire. Their quote was not the lowest, but I felt Nick gave me the most thorough and detailed quote, explained everything to me step by step, he did not “sugarcoat” it and in some instances gave me worst case scenario. As peculiar as it sounds, I was also glad they couldn’t come the next day, as it meant they were busy and in demand. A few weeks later Nick and his team came, finished the job in 2 days (as promised) and they went above and beyond and did a few extra things that weren’t even part of the job/quote.

From start to finish these guys were amazing!! Andrew was the representative with whom I signed on. He explained every detail of the process very clearly and answered all my questions. It was a massive job, we had old concrete that was poured around the house which had to be removed plus they had to dig 25' across the front of the house under the front porch ( tree roots galore!) without taking it apart to do a complete full house waterproof. Igor and his crew showed up punctually every day and were extremely tidy and very hard workers. They made sure no damage was done to any pipes or property and had a contractor come to disconnect and reconnect our A/C. Andrew showed up periodically as well to check on the crew and to see if I had any questions or concern, I had none. . Once the job was complete, the surrounding area was even tidier than when they showed up. I would highly recommend Aqua Tech Waterproofing!! They were simply superb. Worth ever dollar. Thank-you so much.....I now have peace of mind!
