Clean Sweep BM

After many unanswered phone calls and e-mails was finally able to make and confirm appointment. Clean Sweep BM ("Company") showed up late and did only outside and inside of the 2 downstairs windows in my condo and the inside of the 3 upstairs windows.

When my son told me this, I phoned them to complain:

Team leader (403-971-1347 actually answered!!!!!) I was told the following:

1. "They" (my son and his friend) did not even have the GST (? did not see this on coupon)
2. "They" did not want to pay $20 to have the tracks cleaned, which were so filthy it’s hardly worthwhile cleaning the windows. Also the seals are broken on the windows; so again, it’s hardly worthwhile cleaning them.
3. Company did not have a ladder that would reach the second floor (???!!!)

I am so upset I feel like crying. This is not $350 worth of service; it's not even $79 worth.

Just like the other reviews say this place is a scam.

We bought the deal find voucher for ten house cleanings. The first time they did a terrible job. Vacuumed parts of the house and not others. It really looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all.

We complained and they said that they would not charge us and clean the inside of the fridge next time to make up to us. We they did an even worse job the second time and didn't do the fridge.

To add insult to injury it's the middle of August and the cleaners decided it wasn’t warm enough in the house so they turned the heat up to 22 degrees

BEWARE don't purchase a voucher or use this company.

I had purchased a voucher for window cleaning as did a family member, and my appointment had been cancelled twice because they 'were not in my area'. finally tomorrow they are supposed to come, however my family member had issues also with cleansweep not wanting to do all her windows, because they changed their fine print after the voucher had been purchased with the 15 window pane limit. I have a 1700 SQ foot house with 24 window panes and originally it was a 2000SQ foot house with no window limit! not impressed!!!

I purchased a voucher on Dealfind. These scammers do not answer their phones, return emails, and when you finally get through they book appointments and do not show up. My family and I waited for hours on the first failed appt and we called and no answer. The second appt they never showed up or called either.

BEWARE!!!

I purchased a voucher with an approximate value of $700 to clean my 1500 sq ft house. I emailed the company numerous times with no response. Finally when I got an appointment confirmed I asked if there was an additional fee to ensure my walls, cupboards and baseboards were washed as well and agreed to pay them an additional $80 for these services. I came home to find both showers unwashed, the baseboards dirty and fingerprints still easily visible on my walls. Thank God I used a voucher, can you imagine if that's what you got for $700?? I immediately sent them an email complaining of the service, I was told that they would call me today and guess what it's nearly 8pm and I haven't heard from anyone. PLEASE save your money and time and find a reputable company.

I received a call from Clean Sweep and the representative confirmed that she was very disappointed with the service I received. She will also pay for the damage to the hardwood. The service was crappy but at least they are not arguing it!

I can't believe I didn't update this in August! On August 18th I ended up washing my hardwood floors myself since Clean Sweep didn't do it and found that they had scratched my hardwood floors. "Marian" confirmed that they would pay for it and when I sent the quote in for repairs I received a reply that she was on vacation until October 15th and nobody else in the company could help me! On October 18th I sent them an email reminding them that I was expecting a return call from "Marian"...no response. Yesterday I called them, and the lady who answered said Marian was unavailable but that she would call me back the same day. It's a new day and still no callback. I have sent yet another email and left yet another voicemail. Funny enough, they have a complaints line posted on their website (that in itself is hiliarious), what's even funnier, I tried to leave a message but the mailbox was full!! Hahaha! What else do I have at this point but my sense of humor, pretty sure I'm gonna be out close to $600 for hardwood repairs :(

DO NOT buy any vouchers issued by this company!! They did not follow what they promised about their services when they sell vouchers through dealfind, etc. The "original" vaule of the service severely was overstated. What they did was not worth $300. Three unprofessional and rude women supposedly know how to clean showed up 3 hours late of the appointment. When I made a call to inquire when they would show up at 1:15pm (appt time :11:00am) , the rude woman yelled that me: " I told you we show up between 11 and 1, you can cancel or refund!" they finally showed up at 2pm. If she hates cleaning so much, then she should consider changing jobs. Also, they said they would clean the window tracks when they were selling the vouchers. But they did not clean them. They did not bring proper tools to do the job. Lesson learned: What I paid was not What I got!

We purchased a Dealfind voucher for window cleaning. The voucher said they would clean up to a 2500 sq/ft home for $79. When they showed up they said it was only for 15 windows and said the voucher had changed. They then charged us another $150 to complete all the windows in our 2100 sq/ft home.
They were completely unprepared for the job as they had only a small ladder and improper tools. End result was the windows were full of water spots when they were done as they had no idea how to clean windows.
This is a cleaning company and I think if you had them do that they would be fine, but avoid them for cleaning windows as they have no idea what they are doing.
