The clothes dryer venting system in our home was not working well at all. I called Mark who almost immediately came to assess the situation and quote on a solution. It turned out that the system had never been properly installed and that a vital component was damaged. Noting that prompt attention was required in order to avoid potential danger, Mark returned very quickly with his assistant and they promptly put everything in working order. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I really appreciated Mark going the extra mile for us!

I called Baydoun Appliances to install a new dishwasher that was replacing a very old one that was incorrectly installed. Mark came at the agreed upon day and time. He added a shut off and installed the new dishwasher in less than an hour. Would definitely use him again.

Mark has come to our home twice. First, to install an above the range microwave, and then, to disconnect a gas stove. Very professional and reliable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Had a range hood that hadn't worked properly for years. Picked up a new one thinking I could do the job, but was unable to remove old one without high potential of damage to custom cabinet enclosure. Saw excellent reviews for Baydoun Appliances on HomeStars and called to see if they could help.
Mark came by with his helper to assess the situation and was able to quickly get old range hood out and install new one - looks great, works well, and cabinet integrity maintained!

Mark was punctual and helpful in installation of gas line and range hood. Mark was knowledgeable in terms of installation and provided right advice. The range hood had to be cut due to the bulk head and Mark took care of it to fit the needs. Certainly recommend him !!!!

Mark is a very knowledgable and helpful service provider. He installed my new washer dryer and he took the time to hook up my gas bbq which required some work to the gas line. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing and I learned quite a bit from him. He also pointed out various deficiencies that he will address in a subsequent visit.

I felt quite comfortable with him as he explained everything he was doing step by step and would highly recommend to anyone.

I called Mark to install my 36inch Range Hood in my new home. Mark was very well skilled, he made sure it was at the proper height and the duct work was properly sealed.

I called Mark and told him two contractors fail to install my Microwave OTR. After a brief explanation of the situation, Mark replied, "I will come to fix it, if I can't fix it, then I won't charge you anything." Wow, where else can you find an installer who will come in for free? I have to pay the last two contractors "visitation fees" even they fail to do their job.
