Unfortunately, our first experience was not the best

We waited for a part for over 7 days. Had to call them to follow up on the part otherwise we might stil be waiting. Service tech that came was highly inexperienced and didn't know how to turn the gas back on from the inside. Turned gas off outside which caused hot water tank pilot to go out. We had to call gas company to come out for the pilot. Was paid with cash, but the technician refused to sign invoice as "PAID".

Upon seeing my Review, the owner Mark called and asked what he could do to rectify the situation. Mark was always courteous, professional and highly responsive. He went above and beyond to understand the issues and continued to folllow up with us.

I was looking for a service company to have my new dishwasher installed immediately so I have checked homestars and read a couple of reviews and e-mailed a bunch of them. I've got only 2 replies back immediately and one was Mark from Baydoun Appliances.We scheduled a time for next day and he was on time , got the job done perfectly in almost 20 minutes! I recommend Baydoun Appliances to everyone without a doubt.The service was on time, perfect and the cost of service was very reasonable.

Based on the Homestars reviews I contacted Baydoun via email as I was out of town for a week. They got back to me via email, we agreed to an appointment time when I returned from vacation. Mark showed up exactly at our appointment time, he diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes, had the problem pump out and was gone within 30 minutes promising to locate the part and call back with an exact cost and a time when he could install the new pump. By the end of the day he had called back with the cost, which was lower than he had predicted and made an appointment to install the pump the following evening. Showed up exactly as promised and had the dishwasher as good as new and was gone within 40 minutes. Very smooth, very professional and reasonable cost.

Had Mark over for both dishwasher and microwave installations. Mark is very professional, also taking into account that the microwave installation was at a rental property and working with tenants can be occasionally challenging, Mark made it extremely easy this time arriving right on time and completing the job in a very timely manner. Billing was very fair. Would definitely use again.

I called late on a Friday night expecting to leave a message. They answered the phone and arranged for an appointment the following Monday between 5 and 6 pm. He showed up at exactly 5:00pm. Both my dishwasher and over were fixed in less than an hour. Excellent Friendly service. Definetly reccommended!

When I called mark to book an appointment I found him very accomodating even with his very busy schedule he kept his appointment and was willing to change the time if it was convenient for us. He is very professional in his work and was willing to go out of his way to help out. There are many companies out ther who are very busy and they lost their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks Mark. We will refer you to our friends for sure. Thanks for all your help.

I found Mark to be very polite and accommodating. We were looking to have our gas dryer hooked up as soon as possible (as our previous one had been out of commission for quite a while) and Mark was able to help us with this. They did an excellent job and the cost was very reasonable - compared to some other places I had called.

We called Baydoun Appliances to fix our dryer. The company was able to solve our problem within a week which was very fast compared to some of the other companies we spoke to. The repairman was on time to both appointment, he clearly communicated the problem and how we was going to fix it. He showed up early to the second appointment and waited patiently as we were running late. The cost was reasonable. Overall we found their work to be efficient and cost-effective and the staff to be courteous and reliable.
