Richard and his crew did a good job in moving the piano. They were fast, efficient and very accommodating. They arrived on exactly the time they called they would arrive. We were able to move the piano within a week of contacting the company and the price was very reasonable. We will surely recommend their services to our friends.

We were able to book this company to come within a week after another company fell-through for us. The booking agent was very nice and efficient. The movers were thoughtful and pleasant. I was advised how to mind the condition of my new hardwood floor with the new piano.

I was concerned as to whether they would be able to get our upright piano safely up our stairs to a 2nd floor landing, and they did without any damage to my home or the piano. Delighted to write this appreciation note for Braymore, who I contacted through Toronto Yamaha Group to bring in my new upright piano and take out the old one. The team was highly efficient and completed the entire exercise in 45 minutes. My house has a steep staircase and the moving team was able to navigate this difficulty without any trouble at all. The movers were very friendly and efficient. They handled the piano with care and ease while on the stairs. We have used Braymore twice before and we would hire them again.

Bottom line... You only call Braymore if you want a gentle move of your prized piano. For this move (we've used them before) our baby grand and upright grand were moved. The upright needed to be taken apart because we asked to move it through a twisted hall of steps. Gentle caring hands left us with no worries what-so-ever. We will always use them for our piano moving needs.
