I'd been very stressed about moving my grandmother's piano because of the sentimental value it holds and my inability to do it myself due to the weight of it (400+ pounds). I read a bunch of online reviews of various companies and it only added to my stress because there were so many bad experiences, regardless of the price people paid.

I called Braymore when another company refused the work and recommended them instead. What a lucky break that was! Braymore booked me within a week (pretty good for such short notice on my part). They called me the morning of the move and gave me a 3 hour window (big improvement on the 8 hours many companies give). The 3 workers were so efficient, competent, and professional.

Yes, it cost more to move the piano than buying a new one - but the price seems fair considering they did at least 5 hours of driving in a big truck (round trip). And my grandmother's piano will be in the family for another generation to enjoy - that really is priceless! I highly recommend Braymore for piano moving if you want a stress free experience.

Needed to crate my piano for international shipping. The service was fast and efficient, and the customer support was excellent.

I reached out at the last minute for a piano to be moved - the response was quick and positive and they worked to fit me in as I needed. The crew was awesome - very professional and friendly - obviously knew what they were doing and worked together as a well-oiled machine. Thanks to Jason and his 3 teammates helping out to transport two super heavy none regular shapes speakers (over 500 lbs ea) from garage to basement, although the hallway space and staircase dimensions are limited Jason together with his fellowship figuring how the move surely and safely, eventually landed right on the spot.

The whole process of craning the hot tub over the house into our small backyard was really quick and efficient. It was fascinating to watch the finesse the crane operator and the crew of 3 used to get the hot tub in into its specific spot.
The whole operation took 30 minutes.

The company delivered a swim spa. A tight fit between our house and the neighbors, but they had the experience and equipment to make it work. A little more then a hour.
Great group of people to communicate with and talk about our concerns. Oh and managed to do the work in February. Just wow.
