MIssissauga Bath Solutions did a complete bathroom renovation for us. Joannewas the salesperson who came to our house and understood our needs and budget restrictions. I cannot say enough about the excellent work Damian and Harry did. They were ultimate professionals in every aspect. I would be remiss if I did not mention Guy, franchise owner who took time from his busy schedule to come to our house to ensure the work was performed to our satisfaction. We are over the moon with our new bathroom. Thanks to all of you.

Bathsolutions in Mississauga did an amazing job and helped us make a major life adjustment easy.
We had to have our parents move in with us due to health reasons?, we wanted to redo our bathrooms so my parents would be comfortable and safe in our home.
We called Bathsolutions and that's when we met Guy, he understood our situation and how important it was to us to make this renovation work not only for us but also  for my parents. The products and ideas he gave us were amazing, a beautiful walk in tub for my parents and a gorgeous shower for us. The walk in tub not only allowed my mom to have a bath again but it also  massages her sore body. Guy was right when he told me that the tub will give me a piece of mind knowing she can get in and out of the tub easier and it has allowed her to have her independence back. 
My dad who has been in construction all his life was very impressed watching the guys work, he said " they work hard nice boys"I felt sorry for them, they had him watching their every move and asking a lot of questions to how and why they were doing things. Sorry Guy but I told you the Foreman(Dad) would be on site. Our bathroom is also amazing the style Guy suggested helped to open up my bathroom,it looks so much bigger now. My girlfriends are now very jealous....:)

this is the second bathroom bathsolutions has done for me and i'm completely satisfied and love my new bathrooms .From first dayI met Guy I knew I hired the right company they are efficient courteous and clean .I've recommended them to all my friends Thank you for a wonderful experience and two gorgeous bathrooms

Replace bathtub with a 4 piece shower unit. That's what I hired Bath Solutions owner Guy to do. I supplied the new unit and he was to supply the glass doors, shower faucet and the labour to install everything. I asked him how long the job would take and he said one day. After several weeks of waiting we finally got an install date.
Since the work was being done at my 74 year old mother's house I took the day off work so I could be there.
The installers arrived at 9:00am and after opening the shower unit boxes they discovered one of the wall pieces was damaged. My mom called me to tell me the bad news so I headed over there right away and ten minutes later told the installers I would go to Home Depot to pick up another unit immediately and for them to start the demo. They refused to start until I had another unit just in case I couldn't find one. I told them there are 3 Home Depot stores within a 15 minute drive and I would get one for sure but they wouldn't listen. 30 minutes later I called my Mom to tell her I had a complete new unit and to tell the installers to start. When I arrived at 10:30 they were still waiting for me. We unloaded the unit, opened the boxes and found everything was OK. That's when they told me the job needed to be rescheduled. I asked them why and they said they didn't want to work late. I called Guy to complain but he was not able to get the installers (sub contractors) to do the job and said they would reschedule for next week even though it was only 10:30am and they had nowhere else to go. As a result my mother was left with no ensuite bathroom because the toilet and sink had already been removed.
A week later they arrived to do the job. They removed the bathtub and called me to say they would have to build a platform because the drain didn't line up and they couldn't move it with the joist in the way. I asked Guy how they would finish the front of the platform and he told me with a piece of acrylic so I said OK and they continued on. At 3:30pm I went to see how the job was going and was told they were an hour from finishing the job but they had nothing in their truck to trim the wall where the drywall met the shower unit. I told them I could probably do it myself when I replace the baseboards. They asked if I would pay the final balance or my Mom. I told them I would do it but I had to pick up my wife from work. They asked for payment before I left because they wouldn't be there when I got back. I paid them and left. 10 minutes later they packed up and told my Mom on the way out that I would finish the job. When I returned I found they didn't finish the platform nor the top of the shower unit plus what I had said I would finish. When I sent pictures to Guy and complained he just said that I told his installers that I would finish the job. Why would I pay this company almost $4,000 and finish the job myself? Not only did they leave me hanging the first install date but now I have to hire another contractor to finish the job I paid Guy to do.
Absolutely the worst contractor experience I've ever had.
Stay away from Bath Solutions is my recommendation. Guy never even offered to send anyone to make things right.
When I asked him the first day to send a different crew he told me not to tell him how to run his business. I told him I was making a request and not a demand.
See the pictures to make up your own mind. Check out the terrible caulking for an idea of the workmanship. And they left the mudding of the walls for me to sand before painting as well. And they didn't even sweep the garage where they were cutting the metal frame for the shower doors.
I should have hired Home Depot's sub contractors to do the job. At least they would have guaranteed my satisfaction.

The most amazing experience that I have ever had - they did exactly what they said they would do - my bathroom is a dream come true - it is exactly what I wanted - they were in and out in one day - no mess, no fuss, just pure joy - I would highly recommend Guy and his staff to anyone interested in renovating their bathroom-

Bathroom Solutions provided a truly professional, cost effective and timely project experience from beginning to end and when a few touch ups were required they were fixed immediately and absolutely hassle free!

Tony and Daniel did a truly wonderful job of removing our old bath and shower and installing a new one. They were both very pleasant, professional and efficient. It's evident that they take great pride in their trade as the work was done with quality, skill and attention to detail. They cleaned up nicely once they were done. I would highly recommend them.

A Bath Solutions experience can be summed up in just a few words – professional, hassle free and cost effective. These guys know what they’re doing, do it on time, and do it very well. Every member of their courteous team is mindful, detail oriented, and respectful of your space. The results of the work they did for my bathroom were spectacular. I recently had the pleasure of having my bathroom renovated by Bath Solutions. Tony from the start was outstanding and very professional. He came to inspect my bathroom and was very courteous and knowledgeable from the visit. He was also very flexible and honest. He worked on my bathroom for 2 days, installed a brand new beautiful bathtub and some fine tile work. Tony along with his sidekick Daniel were both amazing, hard working, professional and timely. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish and I would be happy to have them work on my next project (s) again.
