Extremely good experience starting with Saul, the franchise owner, who came for the estimate. With my luck all parts were in the warehouse, and within a week, the two workmen changed my tub in one day. ( I'm doing my own tiling, so it was just the tub) NO heavy sales pitch to do the walls!
Very pleasant, quick and efficient. The old tub with all the debris gone. Just a nice new tub. And for a very reasonable price.

Renovated master bathroom at our condo keeping existing Jacuzzi tub. I would recommend this company due to the following reasons:
- Tony is very organized and responsive, did a great job accommodating various requests
- the tile master Stephan is very meticulous, did a spotless job aligning and leveling, we could not be happier with the results
- time wise it took a little longer than expected, but the delay was reasonable
- overall we are greatly satisfied with high quality of the work done and the positive attitude

Initially the service was great. The owner of the company came by to give us a quote and was professional and on time with responses. When we asked how long the project would take he said it shouldn't take more than a week once he got the supplies in which again shouldn't take more than 3 weeks. We paid half the amount on the 30th of October 2016 and but they didn't start work until the 16th of December 2016. They ordered the wrong vanity in and asked us to find a vanity that would fit after the project had already started. It is now the 22nd of February and the project is still on going. The worst part in all this is the lack of communication. I have to call him to ask if he is sending anyone in to finish the work. The times he picks up he has an attitude on the phone as if he is doing me a favor by doing the jobs and that he is fed up with me. He stopped taking calls from our home phone and we had to start calling him using other numbers so he would pick up. As soon as he realizes its us he starts his routine of excuses like I'm at the dentist and I can't talk or I'm at the hospital and I can't talk right now. The last time I spoke to him his tone of voice was so hurtful that now it's an annoyance to even call him to ask him when he will be sending his crew in. After having written him an email he finally responded but still hasn't finished the project or picked up the vanity and medicine cabinet that has been stored in our third bedroom. The reason we chose to go with Bath Solutions was their professionalism in the beginning of the project. We could have gone with a cheaper workman but chose not to as we didn't expect a company like Bath solutions to be this unprofessional. It seems the very thing we tried to avoid by going with someone who claims to be experienced and professional, is happening none the less. What they are doing is completely unfair and disappointing.

I am paying now for the consequence of hiring you
Something as simple as a toilet was not done properly, it has leaked to the floor underneath, created mold and even some kind of fungus, it's a horror story not to mention the bill I'm faced to pay.
I am not handy at all, Great customer service but worse unqualified people to hire
I thought I went with the best option available, especially with the price you quoted, unfortunately your tradespeople are not up to the same standard as you customer service
I don't recommend you at all...

We are very happy with the amazing shower installation from "Bath Solutions". From the day they did they provided the estimate until the day they finished the installation it was a really straight forward, easy process. The installers were very polite and very clean doing their job. We definitely would recommend and use "Bath Solutions" in the future.

From start to finish, I was pleasantly surprised with my first (and necessary) minor renovation to my house. The only bathtub in my house was cracked and leaking and I needed it replaced quickly and efficiently. When I moved into my house 7 years ago, it looked like the bathtub had just been remodeled. From the information Guy and his team gave me, my cracked bathtub was a "cheap knock-off" and wasn't properly sized for my bathroom, nor were the tiles on the walls installed correctly. I appreciated Guy's honesty and personal touch about what needed to be done. I couldn't believe that the work and cleanup was done in about three hours and that I could use my bathtub the next day! Guy and his team are very professional and I would recommend Bath Solutions to anyone who needs a trustworthy company.

We requested a quote after a conversation with Bath Solutions at the Home Show. Guy made an appointment shortly afterwards and gave me a quote I felt was fair and competitive. The job was scheduled as committed and it was easy to make a late modification to the shower assembly. When the wall was open one crewman saw material that he felt was possibly asbestos based on the age of the house and work came to a halt. Guy was on site immediately and we talked about the possibilities. A year prior all the old insulation was removed and new was blown in. We confirmed with the insulation company that most certainly there would have been some to fall down the walls and it matched exactly to the online photos of this insulation type, but he still wasn't 100% comfortable, which was fair and his choice was respected. The next day a new crew was here who did an excellent job. Before Bath Solutions the shower was 'no-mans' land for the year since buying the house - I now have an ensuite shower that looks sharp and will last for many years. I greatly appreciated Guy's responsiveness to problem solving and would recommend Bath Solutions if you're looking to give your shower a new life.

Throughout the entire process there was honesty, which is difficult to find in a contractor. The workers that Guy sent to the house were always polite and kind, which made the whole process much easier and enjoyable. The reno took about 3 weeks, but we are very happy with the quality and final product that Guy and his team were able to deliver.

If I could give potential clients any tips, it would be to discuss every detail in order to ensure nothing is overlooked and everything goes smoothly. I would highly recommend Bath Solutions for minor or major bathroom renovations.

I had my bath and shower renovated and the work completed was excellent. Guy originally came by for a consultation and what I appreciated most was his honesty as opposed to just trying to sell me something. He made sure that the decisions I made were for my own benefit and not what will increase the sale. The installation took place just a couple of weeks after the consultation. There were two gentlemen that completed the job in just one afternoon. They not only installed everything perfectly, but also made sure to clean and sweep the area, which was fantastic. There's nothing like a Reno where there's a mess afterward, right. The cleanup was a bonus.
