Frogbox

Booked a couple dozen green boxes online. Arrived on-time, were so easy to fill and move, and kindly picked-up at the end of our weeklong rental.

Will never use wasteful cardboard boxes again. Highly recommend going green with Frogbox.

First let me say: I've moved many, many times over the last 70 years. I've scrounged boxes from the LCBO and I've bought boxes from moving supply stores. I'd noticed in offices that they used a wonderful service involving super plastic boxes that include integrated lids and that stack when full and nest when empty. A friend told me about Frogbox and I realized they offered the same service for residential moves. How wonderful! Deb helped me to organize what I needed, then Tyrone brought the boxes to my old apartment then picked them up at my new place. When I needed more boxes he brought more. When I needed more time to unpack, Deb made it easy. Moving is never a pleasure, but Frogbox took the stress out of the box portion of the equation AND kept me on the plus side of the environment.

Great service, great product options, great product. My wife bought some throw-away cardboard moving boxes a month before the move, and we made frequent trips to the LCBO to pick up boxes for small heavy items. In this way we could start packing early over time. We got 25 frog boxes for a week to finish all of our packing. They were a good size, very sturdy, delivery was on time (in a very reasonable 2 hour window). Next time I would like to get more boxes, and over more time, 2 or 3 weeks.

This was my first time using FrogBox and I ordered 25 boxes for a 2 week period. The staff were friendly and called me back right away each time I left a message about my moves and dates. Drop off was a bit early, which I didn't mind at all, and the delivery guy was very helpful. The moving bins looked like new and were extremely clean. Used FrogBox for our latest move and would definitely use them again! The boxes provided can hold quite a volume of items and are very sturdy. Also they make the moving process quicker (which lets you save a few $$$ on the cost of you movers). We also rented several wardrobe boxes. Using them also motivates you to unpack as you have to return the boxes at some point (an added bonus).

I love Frogboxes! My husband and I have moved 6 times in the last 6 years and this last move from Burlington Ontario to Cambridge was the first time we used Frogbox. We had 50 boxes, two dollies and 1 wardrobe for a month while we transitioned between apartments. I told Debra who called to ensure we were ready for our boxes to be picked up that I wanted to do a commercial for you...Frogboxes..."easy to pack, easy to stack, they're square and don't tear". Have been telling everyone how great they and the service is and will continue to do so.

When we decided to renovate our house, we moved all our possessions into storage, for a couple of months. Instead of searching all over the place for moving boxes, we went on Frogbox's website and ordered everything we needed. We got all the boxes we needed, wardrobe containers, bubble-wrap, and packing tape. Then, when when we were finished, they came back and picked everything up. It was so easy and convenient, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for anyone planning a move. Frogboxes are great!

I decided to use FROGBOX on a whim. I saw a tweet raving about their services and knew I'd be in need of something in addition to the boxes I was planning on using for my move, so I checked out their website. I was pleased to discover that the pricing was very reasonable and that I would be able to schedule a drop-off in short notice.
The team delivering my items was supposed to come sometime between 6:30-8:30PM. I was amazed to find them waiting in front of my house at 6:15PM when I got home from work (not many companies show up on time, much less early!). The team was also very kind and gave me some great tips on how to use the boxes.
My friends who helped in the move raved about how easy the FROGBOXes made the process: no awkwardly-shaped or random boxes without handles, but instead sturdy, stackable units that fit perfectly in our moving van.
The pick-up of my FROGBOXes went just as well as the drop-off.
I highly recommend using FROGBOX. Their customer service is great (thanks Deb!). Also, in a city like Toronto, space is at a premium and you're often left without room to store cardboard boxes you used in your move. Make it easy: rent FROGBOXes and have it all taken away when you're finished! I also highly recommend using a wardrobe box. It saves considerable time transferring hanging clothes, as there is no need to remove your items from hangers, fold and box up only to hang them all back up in your new place. Just a simple transfer from the box to the closet.
I will be using FROGBOX in all my future moves and know that a lot of my friends will be, too.

I've used Frogbox for 3 moves now, and they've been a pleasure to work with every time! Ordering online is dead easy, delivery and pickup are friendly and on-schedule, and the products are great - these things really do make moving easy. Their list of recommended movers helped up find an amazing moving company, and the fact they give back to the environment (in addition to being an environmentally responsible way to move in the first place) is pretty cool.
