Frogbox

This is the second time we have used FrogBoxes and the second time we were not disappointed. We ordered them online and they were delivered and picked up as we specified. The delivery and payment process was seamless - please check with your apartment if applicable, most buidling should not require you book an elevator, but some may, as the boxes will not cause any damage and are brought in stacked on a dolly. The boxes saved time with our movers (and therefore money as many movers charge per hour), they really appreciated the ease in which they could be stacked and with us as they were easy to pack and unpack. They also saved all the waste and mess of carboard boxes and our items were protected in the event of mositure or a rough ride. We highly recommend Frogboxes.

We rented a set of plastic, reusable moving crates from frogbox and it was the easiest move ever. They stack up really easily, so they didn't take up as much space in our apartment while we were finishing packing and the rental included a dolly so we just pushed the boxes around. It was so easy and the crates were so sturdy I didn't have to worry about anything being crushed. Frogbox also did delivery and pick up of the boxes, which was very convenient.

The Frogbox people were very timely in delivering their reusable moving boxes, and were also helpful and considerate in giving us additional time in which to unpack before picking them up.

We embarked on a renovation in October and rented 70 Frogboxes. They were delivered to me and I stored my stuff in them while the work was being done. As happens often, the project expanded and I had to extend my rental several times. I ended up returning the boxes in May. At all times the company was helpful, understanding and flexible. The boxes were very practical and easy to use. I would never use cardboard boxes again for a move.

I am moving into my first house this week. I am also 5 months pregnant and wasn't looking forward to the packing process. I heard of Frogbox. They delivered stackable crates for our move - these crates don't require any assembly and they eliminate the need for cardboard boxes and packing tape. So we didn't need to waste cardboard, as we have done in the past. The fact that Frogbox delivers the crates and picks them up makes packing very easy, and less messy. It is a great idea for convenience and also to reduce the env. footprint of moving.

Frog box was awesome, a better way to move. Totally convenient, really good customer service and Eco friendly. We had the boxes dropped off at our old place, packed them up, then they picked them up at our new place after we were unpacked. Need I say more?

I used Frogbox for my move and was thrilled with the service they provided. Plus, I probably spent less than I would have to buy the same number of cardboard moving boxes and packing supplies. These guys bent over backwards to accommodate me. Arranged drop off and pick up at times that worked for me. Plus, it was a lot easier to pack with these boxes because they're hard sided. Less chance of anything breaking. And my movers loved them too.

I called Frogbox for a family member who was in a moving crisis and needed moving supplies immediately. I emailed Frogbox and they called me back within the hour and put my mind at ease that they could get the boxes delivered when needed. Everyone I dealt with in this company, from the people on the phone, to the delivery and pick up people were amazing. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Their service was efficient; they arrived when they said they would and were very flexible around the pick up times. I would definitely recommend this service as the boxes are very easy to pack and quick to load onto a truck so I believe the cost of the boxes is recuperated in a faster move.

I thought they were a fantastic company, they dropped off and picked up the boxes at the scheduled time. We were able to arrange the pick up after work so I did not have to take time off to wait for the delivery.

The prices of the boxes were comparable to buying card boxes, and after we did not have to deal with disposing of card in the recycling or the dust that card produces.

The Frogboxes were eco friendly, convenient and very reasonably priced.
I recommend them to anyone moving house.

Frogbox made my move less stressful. They delivered sturdy, stackable, plastic boxes to my home in advance of the move and picked them up after the move. The boxes were large enough to hold kitchen items easily, and with the dolley, were also easy to move around. The Frogbox man was clean, dressed in a comfortable looking uniform and cared about the state of the boxes. He checked each and wiped the inside of some to make sure they were clean. The full boxes stacked easily in one area of my apartment and didn't have to be broken down after empty.

An excellent idea, great product and good staff. I will use them again and have recommended them already, to all my friends.
