Gold Seal Caulking

Amazing work, I was blown away when I saw the finished caulking work. They removed all the old caulking around the doors and windows and replace with high quality caulk. They also caulk the vent pipes. I am really happy with the work and they surely exceeded my expectations!Michael and his team are profession and friendly. They made this experience very enjoyable and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

Amazing craftsmanship and incredible customer service from Michael Gouveia. I am writing this review at this time, because I've now had a chance to see how well the product stands up and the customer support provided by Gold Seal Caulking.

A number of months back, we hired Gold Seal for our home in Meadowvale, Mississauga. We were incredibly impressed with their attentiveness and responsiveness to our inquiries. Michael Gouveia provided us with complete and concise explanations and solutions to our project issues. He went into detail on the types of material and methods his company would employ for the project.

They booked their work according to our schedule and checked in with us just a couple of days before the work to ensure we were still good to go.

On the day of the work, he and two other gentlemen arrived and made quick work of the windows and doors. They were incredibly efficient and very accommodating towards my family's personal family needs the uniqueness of our home exterior.

The workmanship is excellent and the amount of material used to seal the windows is incredibly bountiful. Family and friends even compliment the great work!

With mixed emotions, we decided to move and showed the work to our real estate agent who commented the work was far beyond anything he'd seen before. He was so impressed that he took the company contact information to use him for future home sales that may require some exterior caulking work done prior to putting a home up for sale.

Even after the work was done, Michael Gouveia followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with the end-result.

It's now over six months since the project has been completed, and the product is still standing quite strong and still looks great!

This company really goes above and beyond in terms of service. They caulked our house about 3 years ago. It was a very smooth and easy experience from beginning to end. Michael is very pleasant and professional to deal with. Recently we replaced our front door and Gold Seal's caulking had to be removed. We really missed the nice neat bead of caulking that we had before. We contacted Gold Seal and asked if they would come back and caulk the new front door. Not only did Michael drive out of his way to come and caulk the door, he refused payment for it. Also, the caulking that Gold Seal did for us 3 years ago still looks as fresh and nice as it did when it was new. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and neighbours.

I recently had Gold Seal Caulking to do my entire exterior house. There were two guys who completed the with in about 4 hours. While they were efficient the quality of their work was a bit questionable. Poor workmanship can be noticed through the attached picture.

I contacted the owner Michael last week and he came out on Sunday to give me a quote. He followed up the quote in writing outlining exactly what would be done.

Michael and his team arrived today Friday, they were on time, and they stripped out the old caulking, resealed the exterior windows, doors, and outlets. They are very polite, professional, and they cleaned up the old caulking. Michael is experienced, and he takes the time to explain his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I Read most review's on here and did not hesitate to call Mike and I received a prompt reply back, Mike was very informative and knew exactly what he was talking about in regards to the exterior caulking request that I had for my home, Mike and his crew finished the Job very efficiently and professionally. Another great job!!! I chose Gold Seal after reading all the wonderful reviews and they do live up to their reputation. Quote was thorough. Job was professional and of excellent quality which I expected and Michael was easily reached with any questions. Excellent price and service. I will be using them again in the summer to re-caulk pool coping.
