Mike and his crew did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond their requirements to ensure that we would have lasting and quality caulking. Notably, they found some leaks in our bathrooms and sealed it up for us despite it not being included in the quote. We are very impressed with their work. They were prompt, completed all the work on-time, and provided clear and understandable explanations throughout the process. The entire crew was professional, polite and very friendly - we were extremely impressed with their customer service. Gold Seal deserves a Gold Star ! Just an overall great experience with Mike and his team and it started right from the time we meet to go over the quote and work being done. Communications, scheduling, finished product and materials used all a 10 out of 10! Very pleased and glad we used their services.

Just wanted to commend Mike and his team for a wonderful job of the exterior caulking of all of my windows and doors, plus the re-installation of new vents. Even though we had to reschedule our appointment due to the weather, he was on top of everything by communicating any update every step of the way.

The materials used and finish is top notch. We can already notice a huge difference as the cooler nights are upon us with winter just around the corner. My wife's only complaint was why we didn't do this earlier, as the 'builder' caulking was not only cracking and outstretched but completely missing around some windows.
