Michael's team did a great job with caulking the exterior of our house. They also helped me with interior caulking at no additional cost. Overall they were very nice people to deal with and very patient too!

Gold Seal caulking came highly recommend by my neighbor and when I started to ask other people on my street, it seemed like most of the houses had Gold Seal do their caulking jobs. The houses in our area are around 13 years old and the exterior caulking on doors/ windows had cracked badly and we didn’t want to go through winter without getting this fixed.

Gold Seal’s prices are reasonable and they take care in order to do a good job. I requested them to do some extra caulking around my window flashing and they were happy to do so without any extra charge.

Mike is a great business manager / go-to person and he made sure that I was kept in the loop at all times. I’m glad that Gold Seal was referred to me and in turn I will not hesitate to refer them to others.

Mike and his team finished re-caulking my house a few weeks ago and it was quite a positive experience. The team arrived on time and did a pretty good job removing old caulking and installing new sealant in all openings. There were a few places where they used a different sealant color for better matching/blending to the surrounding material and it turned out looking very good. I really liked this attention to details and the fact that the team did it without me even asking for it. They also went extra mile by sealing electrical socket openings and AC line. I've hired this company a few times over the last 4 years, at great expense. It's like a slippery slope....they just get worse and worse. They can do a great job if they remember to show up, or if they actually finish it. Or if you can get him to ring you back, which is almost never. Save yourself a lot of frustration and avoid them. STOP shopping around, GOLD SEAL CAULKING is the ONLY company you need to call. I am very pleased with their work and professionalism. They went above and beyond the scope of the quote. They also replaced my deteriorated vents. All my windows, doors (and even my vents) look amazing.

Unfortunately, due to all the rain we received this year the job was delayed a couple of times. HOWEVER, Michael was in constant contact with me updating the status.
