I had an water flood down from the unit above to my suite and another beside mine in our condo, The fire Department shut down the main power and said that a certified electrician had to come to confirm that it is safe to put it back. I called Mark to attend to this emergency work late in the afternoon - he came when he said he would and did a thorough investigation of the situation and restored our power. I would highly recommend mark to others looking for a reliable electrician and would use his services again in the future.

Mark did an excellent job installing outdoor lights on our new build - the house was not per wired or outdoor safety or landscape lighting so he had to tart from scratch. He did such a neat job it looked like part of the home design. We're going to use him again for our landscape lighting!

The powder room fan and the light fixture in the adjacent room were not working. I was very worried that this was not something small. I called 3 Homestars listings to discuss what I needed and for quotes. One 'superhero' sounding company demanded my name, address, phone info upfront before they would even talk to me - they lost me at hello. I hired Green Planet Electric for the job and was nervous about the costs - but they offer a flat-fee diagnostic (approx $75) and then the hourly fee for the fix.

Mark from Green Planet Electric is a licensed master electrician and was patient, courteous, professional and approachable on the phone - excellent and what I look for in hiring. He scheduled an appointment 2 days after my call and showed up exactly on time. He walked us through what was happening, was incredibly knowledgeable and yet explained things so the homeowner understands. The problems are taken care of and I even have a new timer on my bathroom fan. Excellent service and quality for an affordable price!

Mark was excellent. I had a fuse that I couldn't get to turn back on. He came the same day I phoned, corrected the problem, and explained everything to me so that I would understand everything better in future. Overall, I could tell that being an electrician is what this man was born to do - and he's darn good at it! I knew instantly that I'll be using him for all my electrical needs going forward.

I called to make an outlet repair, move an outlet and remove a baseboard heater in advance of my fireplace installation.
