This is the 2nd time we have used Mark and both times have been exceptional despite me not being there all the time. Mark is trustworthy, honest and hard working. He even takes the little things like wiping the dust off some places I missed so my customers don't see any mess. Touch of Class!! Highly recommend and I'll use him again too.

We had a circuit failure in our home and needed an electrician to diagnose and repair. We are in an older home with aluminum wiring. Mark was the only electrician out of 5 that called me back. The other 4 local contractors have yet to return my call. Mark was courteous and came the next day. He located 2 separate issues in our rather old wiring and repaired them quickly, and with us fearing the worst, the outcome couldn't have been better. I hired Mark after checking all the Home Stars electricians and was incredibly happy I did...definitely the right choice. He provided a quote the same day it was requested which is somewhat unheard of. He was on time, neat, respectful & competent and when the fixtures I provided ended up being a challenge to say the least, including the 34" round contemporary chandelier which had to be placed on a sloped 20' high ceiling, he never once lost patience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the quintessential electrician.

I contacted Mark regarding the timer for my landscape lighting. Although he was not familiar with my timer he was quickly able to resolve the problem. Very professional and responsive. Highly recommended.

Arrived on time, professional, friendly without too much small talk, flexible when the inevitable unexpected surprises crop up. As a 9-5er, the fact that Mark makes appointments on Saturdays is a godsend - it costs slightly more, but is way better than taking time off work! Would definitely go with him again for future electrical work!
