Good work knowledge, ethics. Quite professional and at the same time personable. Finished product is what you expected and more. Great service, punctual, and most importantly, honest contractor. I've already shared my experience with many people.

I had been looking around for appliances and a few gadgets for my kitchen, I thought it was time for an upgrade. I only went to ikea to grab a few nik naks and ended up buying all my appliances from there. The experience was great, easy shopping and the lady that helped me was very intelligent, overall very happy with the quality of products and the service. Would totally recommend ikea it's more than you think.

We are a Toronto-based charity and hired Lee based on the recommendations of one our board members who had him work on their kitchen.

He did a great job on our kitchen, installing it on time (even though IKEA's delivery was a disaster) and we keep getting compliments!

Lee built our dream kitchen for us. I would call myself a demanding client. And Lee delivered on everything we expected and more. He is highly skilled, does excellent work, has a solid work ethic... and is an absolute delight to work with.

More specifically - in no particular order:

-He is very meticulous in his measurements, installation and finishings.

-He is extremely knowledgeable in the IKEA product - which means that he'll know exactly what you will and won't need relative to the innumerable little fittings, adjustment or customizations that are required - or that you may want - to install your kitchen properly and beautifully. These may or may not be part of the order you placed. Because Lee worked in the kitchen area of IKEA before going off on his own... he knows the ropes and what is possible.

-He is flexible, helpful and cooperative in working with the other trades that are involved in installing a kitchen... in our case, electricians, plumbers, the granite installers, etc.

-He is open and creative in working with you to customize the installation in varying ways. There were a number of 'non-standard' concepts we wanted to include. We collaborated on ideas and possibilities.. and Lee just always figured out a way to make them happen. And with the same precision and quality that he did with all of the installation.

-He is calm and centered, pretty much unflappable - no matter what kind of chaos is happening - important to us because we were doing a full renovation of our entire house.. so there was lots happening all the time.

-He is reliable, keeps his promises, and works conscientiously to achieve his client's needs and expectations.

In summary, I can highly recommend Lee to you.

LS Solutions did such a good job, I called them back to install my next kitchen and will call them again for the next one. They are efficient, well-priced and a pleasure to work with.

Hint ( and I learned this the hard way):
If you're putting in an Ikea kitchen, it's worth calling in Lee Sanchez before you buy, he gives great advice which can save you money and avoid future aggravation or time-consuming return visits to Ikea.

Lee installed my Ikea countertop and cupboards, including cutting to fit nonstandard spaces, and did a fabulous job. He has good eye for detail and offered excellent design suggestions. He showed up when he said he would, and always left the workspace clean and tidy at the end of the day. He was punctual, polite, and friendly, and dealt with any unexpected issues that came up calmly and helpfully. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him wholeheartedly.
