Duct Cleaning review in Airdrie

The tech arrived and was abrupt and seemed in a big hurry. He raced downstairs and started opening doors to find furnace room. I was finally able to get ahead of him and show him where furnace room was. He never asked to look around for vents and consequently missed 2 vents as he was in too much of a hurry. I did like the work he performed. Again he seemed in a real hurry.

Furnace cleaning, dryer exhausts and fireplace cleaning

Duct Cleaning review in Cochrane

Yuri and Eugene came out and checked the furnace condition and cleaned it, cleaned the ducts, dryer vents and fireplace. They were very nice, knowledgeable and efficient in their work. They also explained everything and answered all questions I had. I highly recommend Hot Pepper Furnace & Duct Cleaning.

Exceeded expectations

Calgary

Very professional company, highly recommended! Yuri was on time and cleaned our furnace and 15 ducts within 40 minutes. He also gave us some useful tips and trick which made the whole experience very pleasant. We are definitely hiring Hot Pepper again.

We found Cliff at Hot Pepper extremely customer friendly and honest with the booking and pricing.
Phil and Justin arrived on time and were without a doubt cautious, courteous and very professional. I found them very patient with all my chit chat asking questions etc. They were very clean and Covid conscious.
They were fair with the billing, we were very pleased with the service and highly recommend Hot Pepper.

Competitive Pricing and Good Service

Calgary

After doing some research, Hot Pepper had the most competitive pricing. Communication was good and the technician showed up on time. The service was seemless and the process explained. There were no hidden fees and the final price came to pretty much exactly what was quoted at time of hire. The benefect disinfectant was a nice bonus. Overall I was satisfied and would recommend Hot Pepper to anyone looking for duct cleaning.

Courteous and expert service

Youri arrived on time to clean my furnace, ducts, gas fireplace, dryer vent, wood stove and chimney. Explained what and why he was doing and answered any questions I had for him.

I had used my previous service company for 25+ years and was unsure about a new company, Cliff and Youri from Hot Pepper surpassed my expectation, as in these times can be difficult to find companies that take "Customer Service" seriously.

It is often difficult to find service companies willing to make the trip to my rural property, unless an exorbitant travel charge is included, not so with Hot Pepper! Thanks, see you again.
