Technician (Yuri) arrived on time with a smile! Work was completed efficiently and cleanly. Yuri took the time to explain some potential issues to watch out for in the future (such as the flame sensor failing) and what the symptoms of such a failure would be. I appreciate such attention to detail and friendly service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hot Pepper!

When I called to book my furnace cleaning the owner Cliff was extremely helpfull, he answered all of my questions and provided some suggestions. The technician (Yuri) arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns with the furnace. I had a thermostat that I was unhappy with and had purchased a new thermostat that I needed to have installed. The thermostat was installed at the same appointment as my duct cleaning. The thermostat installation was completed very efficienttly. The prices charged were very reasonable. I don't generally write reviews but I was extremely happy with the services provided by this company. I would highly recommend using them and I will definetly be using this company in the future.

Our newly purchased home had recently been home to several animals and due to our allergies we needed to have the ducts cleaned. Hot Pepper got back to us very quickly with our quote and gave us all the information we could need. They called to confirm our appointment the day before and go over any other questions we had and were very professional and did our service quickly without interrupting our daily life. Since first using Hot Pepper in May 2013 we have referred approximately a dozen or so of our clients to Hot Pepper, and have received positive feedback every single time. HOT PEPPER Furnace & Duct Cleaning did a great job. They came on time, as my wife arranged for an early morning appoint in the dead of winter a few days before Christmas. 7am just as I was leaving for work. The lone technician was very helpful every step of the way and took the time to assure the customer of all his actions. Even helped move a dining room hutch and help my wife understand what was being done throughout the process. I was impressed with the level of integrity and service from this individual. He was instrumental in identifying a serious problem developing in a furnace that was only 3 years old. The major discovery connected me to a reputable company in fixing the issue who identified other issues of poor workmanship from the original installation company. I can’t thank Hot Pepper’s technician that day enough for their genuine concern of our household safety and well -being.
